No attack taken. I fully expected to be called on on that, probably by you. As others have mentioned, I moved from Connecticut to Massachusetts last Thursday. It has been an emotional move. We were there for 18 years and that is where we raised our son. My husband was transferred to the Boston office. We were able to sell our house in CT and have been looking for a house here since January. We have made offers on 3 houses and have lost 3 bidding wars. I hope the state of the real estate market in suburban Boston is heralding good things for our country in general, but for us it sucks. We are living in a temporary apartment and most of our stuff is in storage. So it wasn't so much that I gave up, it is that I have so much else going on that I didn't know if I would have the time to sit down and answer these questions. Fortunately Michel extended opening comments time period for me.
Going into this game I was worried about two players - you and June. June because of her HH win and you because you are strategic. I thought to myself early on, "I should friend Corvis on Facebook in case we want to talk down the road." Obviously I never got around to it but I had my eye on you. After the merge it seemed like everyone had an alliance with you but me. We had never talked so I got worried. I knew that Kris was out to get me and even though I knew that I would go eventually, I couldn't just lie down and die. I am very competitive and something in me said, you know, getting rid of Corvis would really change up the game. At least I could be known for that! Like in real survivor, you just have to last 3 more days and then three more days... You know the rest!
No hard feelings no matter who you decide to vote for. Kris was surprised but not bitter towards me after you were voted out and that was a pleasant surprise. She has been a good rival to play against.
