SurvivorBlows 15230 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Playboy Centerfold" 07-19-02, 05:11 PM (EST) "Who's Amy lying to?" OK, so from the live feeds that I was listening to earlier this week, it was VERY CLEAR that Amy was telling Marcellas that she was clearly aligned with Marcellas and Gerry against the Alliance of 6 -- who at the time were Josh, Eric, Roddy, Lisa, Chiara, and Tanya. Then, in the live feeds immediately airing after the Live show, Amy was sitting out back with a number of the Alliance members, with them talking about getting Marcellas to stop listening to Gerry and Amy remarking that "she's been working on him" (Marcellas) and that he seems to be coming around. ...and then later on other members of the Alliance were caught referring to Amy as though she was an Alliance member. So is there anyone out there who's been watching the feeds more than I have who can tell me what the story with Amy is??? ...is she truly a member of the Alliance or is she just trying to make the Alliance folks think she's still a member while she's really a double agent for Marcellas and Gerry? ...and if there's the much mentioned "Alliance of 6" -- then how come Tanya and Amy aren't asking which one of them is the 6th and which one of them is NOT in the Alliance??? (Chiara, Lisa, Eric, Roddy, and Josh already being the core five.) ...and to further complicate things, why did I later hear Marcellas talking with Roddy where Roddy was trying to kiss up to the new HoH and hear Marcellas telling Roddy that Gerry's constant targeting along behind Marcellas is really beginning to annoy Marcellas? ...is Marcellas trying to play Roddy or has Marcellas really already grown so frustrated with his savior??? -SB   Top

I was under the impression the the Alliance of Six is trying to make Amy think she's part of it (making it an Alliance of Seven) while really planning to screw her over as soon as they get rid of the bigger threats. I think Amy sees through that as well. (Note: I don't get the live feeds, this is my impression through summaries on other sites and the actual show.) I haven't heard about Roddy and Marcellas... let's just say that if Marcellas fails to nominate Josh he's FAILED in his duty as HoH.   Top

The real question from the live feeds should be.....who is Roddy really interested in, Chiara or Amy? Amy says she's been kissed by Roddy 5 times now, but he *sleeps* with Chia Pet. I think Amy is playing everybody personally. And may get away with it on both sides for a while.   Top

"Everyone's playing everyone" Ultimately there are no alliances except the one each person has with himself(herself).Each person will tell whoever they have to get one day further in the game,so believe nothing but the vote. As far as the snuggling & kissing,there are no real ties among any of them so nothing is stopping any of them from snuggling with anyone else,right?   Top

Looks like Amy is lying to the alliance - since her and Marcellas are now best friends, I'm sure they've spoken of strategy and after being nominated, Amy has no reason to trust the other group. "I don't feel like I know you" is a stupid reason to nominate anybody and basically throws your strategy right out on the table. If Amy was solid with them there would be no reason for her to go up at all. It seems that Marcellas is taking Roddy as a friend (he also thinks he's hot ;) I wonder if he'll do the John thing and get rid of the distraction if Roddy's ever nominated (especially since Marcellas sees that Roddy's a major threat). It also seems that Gerry is beginning to annoy him and that he has alienated him self from everyone in the house. I mean, it's pretty bad if your own alliance wants you gone. Hopefully if Amy/Danielle/Jason win next week, they'll realize it's better strategically to keep him around. ----------------------------------- Now let us never speak of S3 again.   Top
