Rachel wins the tiebreaker of the Majority Rules HoH, and there are a lot of targets for her to hit... Also, Annie/Production left one final Sabotage after the HoH competition, something left under the Nomination chairs' cushions.... They will be notified about Annie's Saboteur role soon enough...
