This theory came from a source, but I wasn't sure if all of you have seen this, so I'll rehash it here. Anyways, in Episode 11, during the flood, we see a kangaroo attempt to climb again and again out of water...there was a extra amount of time, in fact, showing the kangaroo climb up, sink down, then finally get to the top....as we all know, the black widow theory was very prominant for awhile....I feel this may be a HUGE show of symbolisim on MB's part.....perhaps, "Kucha" represents the "Kangaroo"....they struggle, fall down (Jeff, Nick, Alicia,) , but in the end rises to the top....meaning perhaps a Kucha member wins! This is a long shot, but I did find it somewhat strange that so much time was spent on the scene....anyways....flame away. Thanks for reading.
