I enjoy the show and I don't know if I can go back to watching AI after this. I don't think the show is making any of the remaining contestants looking like losers. Yeah, some of them have had less than spectacular performances. But I've been to concerts and can tell you that most commercial bands do not perform live with the same pre-packaged perfection that the record companies peddle. If I made my decisions to buy albums based on what I hear at live performances, I would have a pretty small collection of CDs.

As for the blogs, I'm sure that all the contestants are acutely aware that their house members, INXS, and Dave Navarro, as well as the voting public are reading these blogs intently. Why would they commit career suicide by spouting cr@p about their housemates?

Whether or not Ty prefers peaches or bananas doesn't really bother me. This is a singing contest. He nailed "What You Need" and I could see him fronting INXS.

Finally, I don't think that Brooke Burke is any worse than Mr. Ryan "We'll find out............right after the break" Seacrest "Out". She's just doing the job she was given.
