I know this is only like my first post but please hear me out. I saw something interesting in episode 9 that I am hoping someone can post to this thread. Right after the tribe starts the hike to TC, they flash to a kangaroo, then to a bunch of bats flying around, then it flashes to the dark sky with a large full moon in the center of the screen. If you pause here and look closely you can see someones eye in the bottom left corner of the screen. It is almost as large as the moon. It seems that the upper half of someones face is superimposed over the shot of the moon. Can someone please verify this. Could this be the winner? Julie

What you think is a human eye is actually the eye and head of a coiled snake... Snake imagery has consistently been attributed to the Jerri character and some believe that the quick image of the snake foreshadows Jerri's doom. No human face, though - sorry.

I hadn't heard of the snake imagery / Jerri connection before now, are there any specific examples you could give? If so, I want to review the tapes from the last couple of episodes so I can evaluate the connection for myself.

3. "RE: snake imagery / Jerri"

The opening credits show a snake before jerri's image... on numerous occasions during the first two or three episodes, sequences featuring Jerri were often preceded by images of a snake... that is pretty much the Jerri/snake thing.
