At the start of the excution Stephen and Dennis were doing a some trash talking. It probally started earlier, so, when Dennis got the green leaving only Stephen and Keisha Dennis took the opertunity to talk some more trash.
Even if Dennis is the Mole, I think he is, he would not know who was going.
