Drive yourself to La Lunta (25 miles). They must find a ranch for their next clue. Lynn and Alex depart at 3:49 am. They are still focusing on beating Rob and Amber. When will they starting running their game?The ranch opens at 6:30 am. Lynn and Alex arrive at 6am. Roadblock: Who's ready to horse around? Traditional gaucho challenge. Ride horse around a series of barrels and catch a ring suspended on a rope. Must do it in 40 seconds or less. Alex is performing the roadblock for his team. His time is too slow. Uchenna and Joyce arrive second, Joyce is performing the roadblock. Joyce is bucked off her horse. Alex catches the ring in 39 seconds. Teams must go to Mendoza airport and catch one of 2 flights to Buenos Aires, the first leaves at 9:30 am, the second at 2:30 pm. Joyce is bucked off her horse a second time. Ron and Kelly are 3rd to arrive, Kelly will perform task. Joyce completes the task in 37 seconds on her third try. Brian and Greg are lost and have to turn around. Rob and Amber are also lost. Kelly has started her task, and completes it in the alotted time. Brian and Greg arrive as Ron and Kelly are leaving. One of the brothers (I still can't tell them apart, LOL) is performing the task and finishes in 33.75 seconds. Lynn/Alex and Uchenna/Joyce are on the 9:30 flight. Roy and Deanna depart the Pit Stop, he hates being with the bottom feeders. Rob and Amber arrive and Rob is going to ride the horse. Ron and Kelly arrive at the airport and are on the 9:30 flight. Rob is flying through the course and finishes, although they don't show his time. Brian and Greg manage to get on the 9:30 flight, at 9:20 am, and hope no one else gets on the plane. Foreshadowing? Everyone had to check their luggage because the plane is so small. Rob and Amber arrive at the airport, and they are permitted on the 9:30 flight. Everyone is on the airplane making cracks about beating Romber when....

Deanna stops because her foot fell out. Ray's yelling and she's crying. Susan and Patrick arrive at the ranch, Patrick is riding. Ray keeps telling Deanna to yell at the horse, get madder. Deanna finishes in 33 seconds. Patrick at 45, has to go again. Susan and Patrick have serious issues. He doesn't like her offering advice. His second run is 35 seconds. The last 3 teams are on their way to the airport. Flight #1 arrives at 11:30 am, and everyone must wait for their bags. Romber's bags are off first. Brian and Greg depart, followed by Ron and Kelly, Uchenna and Joyce, Lynn and Alex. Rob and Amber first to the tower. Travel by train to city of Tigre. Find the docks at 700 Lavegge for their next clue. The train leaves in 10 minutes. B/G 2nd, R/K 3rd, U/J 4th, L/A 5th. All 5 teams make the train. Romber finds their boat and clue. Return to shore and take taxi to Pit Stop, La Martina Polo Club. L/A boat is filling with water. They are told they must change vehicles. B/G find their boat and clue. R/A must go slow because their motor is cracked, they are first to shore. Race to the taxi. L/A receive no time credit for having to wait for new boat. R/K find their boat and clue. U/J find the island instead of their boat and get clue. L/A find their clue box. L/A find taxi before U/J. Rob and Amber are first to arrive at the Pit Stop. They are awarded a trip to London, 5 nights at the Landmark including airfare, compliments of Travelocity. B/G arrive second. L/A are having car trouble now. Uchenna and Joyce arrive at Pit Stop third, Ron and Kelly are fourth. Lynn and Alex are team #5. Meanwhile, the second flight arrives at 4:02 PM. M/G receive their clue. Train leaves for Tigre at 4:30 pm. R/D receive clue, get to the train on time. S/P get clue, the train departs without them. They get on another train? Are they heading in the correct direction? U/J initially started looking for the boat but ended up stumbling upon the island clue instead. For those wondering, they shouldn't get a penalty for changing task. You can change which detour you decide to complete at any point if you so desire. Most people don't since it would cost additional time to move from one to another. Ken/Gerard of TAR3 are probably the most infamous team to have Detour Hopped.

S/P think they have a lead over the other 2 teams. M/G and R/D arrive in Tigre. S/P arrive in Tigre at 5:38pm.M/G taking Island detour. S/P arrive at clue box, will do island. R/D decide to do island. S/P boat motor is dying and must wait while guyw works on the boat. R/D find their island and clue and head for pit stop. M/G turn to follow R/D, not knowing they've already found their clue. Ray: they don't belong in this race with us. New boat arrives for S/P. M/G realize they've gone the wrong way. S/P don't know where they're going, Patrick is ready to give up. M/G finallly find their island and clue. S/P find their clue. Patrick keeps saying 'this is stupid'. It's dark out. M/G finally find a cab. S/P arrive on shore and find a taxi. R/D arrive at pit stop as team #6. M/G arrive on the mat, they are team #7, they are still in the race. S/P arrive at the Pit Stop, they are last team to arrive. Unfortunately they are eliminated from the race. Susan is upset.

Strange how the editors leave stuff out and twist things around. Lynn and Alex leave the hacienda pit stop at 3:49AM and it takes them 2 hours and 11 minutes to drive the 25 miles to La Guatana. (Did they stop at Mcdonalds for a McMuffin?) Rob and Amber get lost after leaving at 6:59AM and still complete the ride by 9:00AM. Then he must have driven like a cat out of hell to reach the Mendoza airport (25 miles), park the car, carry their bags into the terminal and check in and still make the 9:30AM flight! So much for security checks at Argentine Airports! The plane may actually been late taking off since the flight is 1 hour and 35 minutes and they arrived in BA at 11:30AM. But Rob and Amber still luck out just as Gus and Kim did in Canada by being last to check in they had their bags coming off first!
