I was surprised how little time each team seemed to spend on their individual projects. Oh, I think that's going to change. Before, folks were just motivated on keeping their team from having to vote. But once Joanie handed over the keys to that truck for the best individual project, you saw the minds churning. Knowing that in addition to immunity there's the chance for a splendiforous prize will motivate folks to spend more time on their stuff.
Besides, the wicked side of me thinks that if I make someone else do more work on the group project, they'll have a greater likelihood of having their individual project in the bottom two than I would.
You know the difference between you and me? I make this look good.
