NBC fixed the typo that was originally in the E7 description:

THE CONTENDER EPISODE 7-- When the East and West are challenged to clean up the ghetto, tempers flare as each man struggles to do his part for the team. With only a few boxers left to fight in the first round the power to choose who will fight will be key. Sugar Ray Leonard and Sylvester Stallone host. Stallone also serves as executive producer.

It's down to the final fight in the first round and one of the underdogs will face his toughest competition yet. Meanwhile, pressure and multiple injuries cause one contender to contemplate quitting. Sugar Ray Leonard and Sylvester Stallone host. Stallone also serves as executive producer.

One fighter contemplates quitting under the pressure and "multiple injuries"? Hmm, let's keep an eye out for this in Ep. 7. Right now, the only guy injured that we know about is Joey, who still has a tight hamstring from Ep. 3.

Me three!!!

AyaK does an amazing job!

As far as the episodes, I would just about bet that Joey will be the last fighter in this round.

If his hamstring isn't getting better or is getting worse because of the intensive training, then he may be the one to contemplate quitting.

That means Tarick will fight in episode 7.
