"I am no longer a virgin...."

I have to say "BC" was the first reality show I watched all the way through. I was flipping channels that first Wednesday night and stopped when I saw recruit, er, re-quit, Katherine being yelled at by DI Taylor. Katherine's leopard pants had me howling. Also, this was the first time I posted, and I want to thank you guys for making it fun. I watched the show alot differently than I would have in light of your conspiracies and spoilers. Thanks again. *sniff*

Now, onto last night's show.

I think we all agree the D-ring incident cost Wolf the game. Even though it was not his fault, the PERCEPTION was there that it was, and he suffered for that. I think none of the recruits knew absolutely who lost the equipment; I further think each recruit (Wolf included) felt honestly it was not them. So, when Brown made it known that she felt it was Wolf, the others believed it because they had no other evidence themselves to contradict her ("I don't know, but she seems to, so she must be right"). We can argue if Brown truly felt Wolf did it, or she was simply taking an opportunity to bring down a threat, but either way, the perception she created cost Wolf $400K.

If Wolf had 'fessed up at the time, would the votes have been different? Would he have even have reached the final?

Did anyone else see Whitlow wink after she was announced the winner? She didn't wink into the camera; if she had, I would have thought it was to her family. But, she winked off camera - perhaps to her family who was in attendance? Did she know before the final vote she won because her family was there? Or, did the producers confuse them by inviting Wolf's family too? Do we care?

I agree the show was a snoozer. The Meyer and Jackson events were over way too soon. The bit with the wall was good; I wonder if the voters knew about Whitlow's effort and voted accordingly. I wonder if Wolf caught some sleep as he waited for his "sister".

At dismissal hill, the vote count was shown/spoken too many times. Probably to fill time. And, the voice giving the score every once and a while didn't sound like one of the DIs. Yes?

Too bad for Balloon Boy - man, was he portrayed as a drooling dunce. Deer-in-the-headlights. Confused little recruit, he. I think his post-BC career is over before it's started.

Finally, my favorite quotes from the show. See if they're your's too...

1. "I can't touch you!"
2. "What's this, a poodle?"
3. Myrial/plethora of sushi
4. "Recruit Wolf is not hungry, sir!"
5. "Pain is just weakness leaving the body, sir!"
6. "Save the drama..."
7. "It's my butt, sir!"
8. "Did you have crack for breakfast?"
9. "Come back to the light, Whitlow!"
10. "Are the gerbils sleeping, Whitlow?"

As the Humvee rides off into the Florida sunset to the Amelia Island Ritz Carlton (where pillow mints await), we hear DI Francisco say...

"GET THIS SHOW OFF MY HILL!!!!!"

See you on another post, Campers,

Recruit Auditor

Why should he confess to something he didn't do? Is this Nazi Germany? Is this the Soviet Union?

She lives in Atlanta, and this show was filmed somewhere in south Georgia or north Florida. So her family (her HUSBAND, perhaps?) might have been there.... but I doubt it. They would've wanted to maintain secrecy.

Sounded like him to me. That's why I suggested in another post that they were following their scripts. Maybe they did go in and voiceover later, also.

You're being way too kind to that piece of crap.
