What's with the plan Will and Boogey keep talking about,
they want to work out a split with a way to get around
CBS rules. Can they get away with this?

I think this is seen more as game play than an actual agreement, kind of like him saying I wanna go home, he thinks he is throwing the other HG's off by doing it.
