Listening to Ron and Fez today "Johnny Fairplay" was on and stated that he knows what the twist is this season. Supposedly he knows that BB is bringing Scott Long into the house. He said that if anyone noticed when they were running commercials for the America's Choice announcement show that Scott was shown in all of the promos, but when it came down to the announcement of who was in competition for America's Choice he was not in the running. Johnny said that the BB producers chose not to have him compete but to have him come in the house to "stir the pot". He was saying that he knows all of this because he, Dr. (W)ill and Scott are friends. I am posting this hear because it is a possible spoiler.
