This award is for "worst blunder" in a reality TV show.

To be eligible, the blunder must have been performed by a contestant or contestants in show or series that aired at least one of it's episodes during the 2001 calendar year on either broadcast or cable US television.

Again, the Kelly vote in E8 -- if he votes with his tribe plus Kelly, Lex is history and Samburu rules.

...in Thailand, after winning the Fast Forward, so they can wait for the bus. Everyone else takes cabs, and they would have been eliminated if only Nancy wouldn't have given up on the roadblock.

...when it comes right down to it, the goal of the game is simple, win the million dollars....and Colby knew what he HAD to do to fulfill that goal, and he should've done it.

Burns the crap out of himself, and kills his teams chance at uneven merge.

This cost all eight of the Samburu members a million dollars.

They could go down as the stupidest tribe in the history of Suvivor, and that includes Pagong.

He had lots of physical potential ...

...all the way through the game Jim and Steve knew that Kathryn was the mole, but then in the final quiz Jim for some unknown reason started to have doubts and hedged his bet a little bit by answering some questions as if Steve was the mole.

In the end, it cost him the $500,000 prize.

Got him kicked off the show.

They didn't even give Brandon a chance, they should have voted Tom to see if he would rejoin them. Once they were in control of the game, then take out Brandon if still no trust.

If they had finished the leg of the race by finding their car they would have beat the Guidos. They gave up too soon.

Assuming because they live in NY that they knew the fasted way to the stadium.

...probably cost him the game... this was the point when he went from well-liked class clown to evil manipulative bastard.

She goes all "diva" during the show, then forgets her lines, ruining the audition for her AND everyone else with her!

And she wasn't even in the game when it happened!

That move cost her the 1 million dollars. Lex would have been a better choice. Almost everyone hate the gut.

She thought there was no point because Varner was out (he needed immunity and Kucha knew it), but she never thought about which Ogakor needed immunity (two did, actually, though Jerri was out by then). Forcing the challenge on would probably have left Keith without immunity and possibly Kucha would have realized he was carrying votes.
