Please keep the death count created by the flood of tears Diane unleashes whether she goes home or not on this thread until the West Coast gets to have their hopes dashed when they learn no contestants were among the fatalities. You know we could never be that lucky. It's probably too much to hope that she shorts out the Chenbot. Hey, maybe if the Chenbot goes down for the count, we can actually have an HoH competition without a major host mistake. Let George do it! (It's not as if he can win, right?)

'Diane, by a vote of 10-0, we would like you to smoke some pot. Now.'

I hope Julie can swim if Diane is evicted.

And now we have the whining and complaining and blaming it all on Janelle. Sheesh.

Diane says she isn't going to campaign.

And here we have her campaigning with CT.

Nakomis says she isn't going to campaign.

And here we have her campaigning with BB6.

Oh dear LORD. George is wearing an aluminum foil suit. What a tool.

Best part? He's sitting right next to Will, and Will is clearly embarassed.

What am I thankful for? Not being a member of George's family.

"WTF?"
Posted by vince3 on 07-20-06 at 07:55 PM
Chicken George is wrapped up in aluminum foil, I guess as part of his Jedi training?

LAST EDITED ON 07-21-06 AT 09:54 AM (EST)

Nah, it's a "superhero" costume they concocted one bored day, and decided he should wear on the show.

Boogie is attracted to Diane. What a surprise. Not.

Boogie votes to evict Nakomis. What a surprise. Not.

I want to see Mike trying to seduce Diane. Seriously. We've never seen anyone choked to death with their own headband before.

Hey, she let him do body shots. Letting him do more, however revolting that thought might be to us, is not much of a stretch.

Diane will do anything she has to to stay in the house, including doing the unspeakable with Boogie.

Ick. I just threw up a little typing that.

I'll be sorry to see Nakomis leave and that crying skank stay.

Next up: Julie will attempt to turn Kaysar's religion into a softball pitch over the plate, just like every other thing she's said tonight. I want her pinned down in front of an endless parade of Survivor TCs with her eyes held open until she learns how to make people nervous instead of nauseous. Are we ever going to get some insight out of the host?

Whoa! Will votes to evict Diane.

Cool beans.

You just know Will is going to blame that vote on someone else. Who will it be?

"Interesting....."
Posted by vince3 on 07-20-06 at 08:09 PM
ChillTown split their votes...... Will voted to evict Diane after we saw Boogie vote to evict Nakomis.

I'll summarize the intensively educational religion segment. 'Please don't shoot Kaysar. He's one of the cute ones.'

Meanwhile, someone has taught Julie to say the word 'Internet'. Any bets on whether she knows what it means?

"What alliances?"
Posted by Estee on 07-20-06 at 08:17 PM
The groups as we know them are not voting as units. We just saw a voting fracture in S6.

"RE: What alliances?"
Posted by Elaine0 on 07-20-06 at 08:18 PM
Yeah, but they knew how they were voting.

I'm pretty new to BB so I have a question. In Survivor we have found over and over that alliances revealed seldom come to pass- is this true with BB or do they tend to show you the alliances ahead of time?

A Syren original!

"RE: What alliances?"
Posted by Estee on 07-20-06 at 08:28 PM
One of the problems with BB is that foreshadowing is good for, at best, two days at a time. They pretty much have to show current alliances because they can't rely on a slow reveal -- by the time they get to the point of maximum drama, the entire alliance is gone.

"RE: What alliances?"
Posted by CutsyTootsy on 07-20-06 at 08:30 PM
That makes sense. I'm still trying to get used to a show that's one 3 times a week.

"RE: What alliances?"
Posted by Snidget on 07-20-06 at 08:43 PM
I'm not sure if it is how many times a week or that it is more like AI than Survivor in that the producers do not know the winners when they have to edit the show.

That means some of the story arc editing that reveals a lot may not be that useful as to who goes home this week. For instance you can't assume someone that gets a lot of air time early will go home early or who is hidden has more story to tell as they don't know how things will play out in the future so they have to do more of what was a good story this week, not what sets the viewers up to see what happens in a future show.

"RE: What alliances?"
Posted by CutsyTootsy on 07-20-06 at 08:47 PM
Good point. I can see how they are more limited in their editing than a show like Survivor.

On another note I'm realizing just how annoying and inept Julie is. Wow.

There's a really good reason why she is referred to as Chenbot.

Is is just me, or was it odd that there were not taped farewells to Nak?

Maybe no one had anything nice to say so they didn't show them?

"RE: B.B.A.Stards Episode #6 East Coast Spoiler Thread"
Posted by Elaine0 on 07-20-06 at 08:30 PM
Very odd. I wonder if they didn't have enough time or there was another reason.

"RE: B.B.A.Stards Episode #6 East Coast Spoiler Thread"

Considering the set up of the HOH, and the length of the competition, they probably knew they didn't have enough time.

Poor Nakomis.

"Poor Nakomis......"
Posted by vince3 on 07-20-06 at 08:29 PM
She doesn't even get the words of passing from the other houseguests.....

Earlier today, they were studying images from the 4 physical contests that they have had already, although when they showed them just now they showed the set up video to the image.

"Malfunction!!!!!!"

I think some contestants skated through the first round on the edge.

Danielle and Boogie's wheel looked like an incorrect answer due to the reflection of sunlight, so they stayed in correctly.

Was anyone else thinking there was going to be a uproar if Janie won after taking so long to give her answer?

I began to have flashbacks from last season's blow up.

Well, it's not as if there's much of anything to hide.

This is a weird one. James is arguably the most likely to swing alliances, but it's too early in the game to make a power move. I think he'll stick with a plan -- but I can't be sure.

"RE: B.B.A.Stards Episode #6 East Coast Spoiler Thread"
Posted by Elaine0 on 07-20-06 at 08:43 PM
He may not do what the rest of BB6 wants, but I can't see him nominating them. At one time this week he thought Will/Boogie should be nominated. Another time he was pushing for Jase.

"RE: B.B.A.Stards Episode #6 East Coast Spoiler Thread"
Posted by AugustGirl on 07-20-06 at 08:45 PM
You have to think Chicken George is going up. Maybe Jase as the pawn? Or Marcellus -- heh, wouldn't that make for an interesting week?

"RE: B.B.A.Stards Episode #6 East Coast Spoiler Thread"
Posted by ARnutz on 07-20-06 at 09:35 PM
With James as HOH, I think it'll be an interesting week regardless! I think what he does is unpredictable because we haven't seen him have this type of power over so many hamsters before.

I'm so glad that James is the new HOH. I think that he will bring something good to the table this week. He's smart and will think things through. Can't wait to see what he does.

ITA. It will be interesting to watch James' thought processes over the next week. I'm torn between wanting James to target the floaters and taking out CT.

I agree, he may not do what the BB6 wants him to do, but at least they are safe. I think he will nominate Jase and a floater or Chill Town.

James won HOH?

I missed the show last night. But a belated, "Yeah!"

Just got finished posting in the thread about secret alliances and maybe his choices will tip his hand as to whether there is a Dani/Will/James alliance. It's too early for him to go after his "good" friends from BB6 and reveal everything, but just maybe it'll reveal something.

This should be good!
