They are having 2 challenges and Wendy is in both so her ankle injury must happen late in the episode. Manu loses that challenge anyway so whether she decides to leave the game or is voted out, Wendy is the next to leave. She'll likely choose the comfort of Ponderosa and the available doctors over IoE.
