I guess they did not want to reveal the new tribes!

Note: Separate baskets for the Men and Women to draw new buffs from.

I assume each photographer has his Camera time set for his home local time zone which in summer would be:

Cam-1 | PDT = UTC-7 | Robert Voets | Canon EOS 5D Mark III
Cam-2 | PDT = UTC-7 | Robert Voets | Canon EOS 5D Mark IV

Fiji Standard Time (FJT) = UTC+12

So the conversion from PDT or EDT to FJT for each Camera is:

Cam-1 | PDT = UTC-7 +19 Hours = FJT | Robert Voets | Canon EOS 5D Mark III
Cam-2 | PDT = UTC-7 +19 Hours = FJT | Robert Voets | Canon EOS 5D Mark IV

Trying to deduce who is on what tribe...taken from promos/confessionals seen. Note, the swap is EARLY, so most confessionals and scenes shown are most likely post-swap.

nuMalolo ~ Orange:

Sebastian, Chelsea, Desiree, Brendan, Michael, Stephanie

nuNaviti ~ Purple: Chris, Dominick, Morgan, Donathan, Wendall, Angela

Who is unaccounted for: Bradley, Kellyn, Jenna, James, Laurel, Libby

I can't see the video but this picture suggests Morgan will set her sights on Domenick. If she's on that tribe, that could be all Stephanie needs to get the Legacy Advantage! She could buddy up to Morgan then let Domenick know what's brewing. I don't think it could work if they have to vote in the episode right after the swap but, given time, Stephanie could make it work.

For being the strong male leader that usually makes Probst drool, Brendan was fairly invisible in the 2 hour premiere so hearing asking if the curse can be reversed makes me think he won't. Brendan for the boot? I'd say so.

Fodder for conspiracy buffs, in the distribution photos Probst is offering the women buffs from the basket in his left hand, and to a guy from his right.

The conspiracy being that the post tribal sex mix is prearranged.

So what else is new?

Just about every swap is controlled with 2 baskets to make sure the division by sex even. In this case the baskets were:

Left Female: 5 NuNaviti + 4 NuMalolo Buffs
Right Male: 4 NuNaviti + 5 NuMalolo Buffs

I've heard on other forums, chat, groups, podcasts people complaining that production also fixed it so that each tribe would end up with 5 original Naviti and 4 original Malolo.

That is NOT true unless there were name tags on those buff holders that we could not see to control which new tribe each person would end up on.

However since there were and even number of men and women on each tribe:

Men = 5 Naviti + 4 Malolo
Women = 5 Naviti + 4 Malolo

The odds favor a 5x OldNatviti / 4x OldMalolo split even though it could have been very uneven with up to 5-8 original Malolo ending up on one tribe with the majority on that tribe.
