Just had to share with my fellow AI watchers. I live in Hattiesburg, MS and over the weekend the Fox station that covers the southern part of the state, had a fire at the station (luckily no one injured). I hadn't heard about the fire, so I called the cable company to find out why the Fox station was out. They also said that it will probably be 8 weeks before they are back on air!!!!With the timing of this it means that I will probably miss the entire rest of the season including the finals. Can't even get anyone in the area to tape it, obviously, because they are in the same predicament.
Thank God for these boards, so I can still at least get all the good scoop and find out what happened on the shows.

At the rate we're going this season, you may end up seeing the Top 10 on a very special episode of COPS.

I'm just having a hard time with the idea of a network being unavailable for 2 months, I can't see that happening (even in Mississippi
) -- I'd be surprised if they don't work out a deal to pump in the signal of another nearby FOX affiliate

Thank God! They did get it fixed. They just tapped in the main Fox feed, so there is no local info on. Obviously the cable operator did not know what she was talking about. I thought it was strange that it would be off for that long.LOL about seeing the finalists on Cops. I can't wait to see how they deal with Corey's departure tonight!
