What did you think of the season premiere last night?

I had some real continuity issues this episode.

So Peter can assume powers again? Did I miss that?

We seem to be inundated with 'red shirts' lately. Was that a 'red shirt' being sucked out of the plane?

Overall...I liked the episode. It seemed to return to the original themes. I really disliked the last chapter "Villains". I don't want hero bad guys. I want the heroes to work together.

Yeah...what was up with Peter and the power thing. Did I miss soemthing?

Liked the editing\lack of continuity in the sequence with Parkman and the African prophet dude. Unsettling and dream-like.

Is there hope for Heroes?

very very creepy. And there's poor Hiro, powerless and captured anyway. I don't recall Peter being able to do anything either. Confused. And what the heck is up with HRG? I wanted Claire to hit him with the taser thing. It does seem that anyone rounded up we are not familiar with got sucked out of the plane. Isn't that conveeeeenient.

Sadly they brought back the white eyeball person drawing the future trick. For all the good it did. Ugh. Still trying to give this a chance, let's see where it goes from here.

ETA: Whatever happened to Molly? I don't remember. Parkman and Mohinder were taking care of her at one point. Nathan could use her to track down all the others and she seems to be gone. Where did she go? Also, that apartment Parkman has been in desperately needs a coat of paint!

We gave it one more chance since giving up in early October or somewhere around there. (This may be due to no repeats of Lost airing on SciFi last night)

While it was better and definately has some potential it felt like various scenes ripped off from Lost.

I think Peter can only absorb one power at a time now and loses it when he comes into contact with another with powers. Looked like he had to touch them to.

I give the episode a B-

Monday's episode would have been a great start to Season 2. I hope this chapter goes well, but I suspect it won't.

Didn't we see Peter inject himself with the 'powers serum' before he destroyed it all - to save his brother? My memory is really foggy right now - but I'm pretty sure we saw him shoot up.

Ok....last night sucked.....and they need to pull it together or Heroes will go down the drain.

Sylar and the kid....Nathan and his dog vs. HRG......Nathan calling Mommy for help.....they killed Speedy.....and how did the rest of them get out of there? Where is Molly? They are really going down the wrong road IMHO.

At one point Nathan was all for everyone having powers. And now he's not. Wasn't he also on serious outs with his mother? And now he's calling her for help? Okeeeee...

If Peter really wanted to stop Nathan he could have when he flew away-he could have taken Nathan with him and killed him. He had a gun, did he not? When does the badass future Peter show up? I guess we have to wait for the Harry Potter scar first.

HRG: Dude, wtf? Really. Once again, whose side are you on? Take him out, Claire. Please.

The only thing that would make me happy right now is if Nikki who isn't Nikki anymore froze Nathan's righteous and confused azz. Shatter that moron. Ugh.

I missed the Dog Show for this wafflefest.

If anybody wanted to stop Nathan, they would just have to announce he has powers. That would blow his little project sky-high. It's frustrating nobody did that last night.

And also, are we just supposed to forget the whole 'future' story line they brought up where everybody is picking sides? and we see Claire vs. Nathan? It seemed like the writers were trying to develop a whole good and evil plot, but now they're all friends again? WTH?

I assumed that the future wasn't going to happen because they had changed things. But then...Ando and Daphne were saying that Hiro must be alive because Ando kills him in the future. If that future is still going to happen, why isn't Daphne's future as Parkman's baby-momma going to come true? Parkman just takes here death at face value.

Really not sure about this show. If I didn't have a little crush on Peter I would be so out of here.

Yeah, weird. I liked Speedy, Parkman's almost total lack of reaction to her getting shot was odd. I think what happens is the writers find themselves with powerful characters from one book who don't fit the story plan of the new book, they have to write them out or depower them somehow.

Yep, another lousy episode. This show is dangerously close to dropping off my TiVo season pass list.

It's become too much Claire drama and not enough action. Then again, all the heroes with strong powers have either died or lost their powers, so there isn't much left to work with. I've reached the point where I'm rooting for Sylar just because he has strong powers and isn't afraid to use them.

Yes, Speedy lives but it was still a screwed up ep and I was bored. You think that Matt would see that bald guy is Homeland Security and is using all the cam's, power, etc. to track them within the US. So get out of the US and you'll be a million times harder to track and thus safer. No Hiro or Andio...but a plus for no Clair but that changes next week.

Hiro was captured in Japan but we don't know who caught him so DHS could have asked for a favor from the Japanese. Plus Japan has more camera's than the US so easy to tap into and track.

Still....this show is going down hill fast.....It looks like we'll not know how Hiro is doing in India for another show or two. Bad ep planing.

I'm so frustrated with this show now. I was a huge fan in the beginning but they've totally lost me this season. Too many time jumps (worse than Lost...lol) no continuity!!

I missed last week, completely forgot it was on! That's how bad it has gotten. They need to just wrap it up and fast.

But the whole kissing/breathing underwater thing, admit it, that was a good 10 seconds of film.

Great cliffhanger ending. Why bald guy rigged up Matt as a human bomb, who knows, it makes no sense, maybe the painting made him do it.

Sylar let Microwave Boy live!??! Mama HRG made a fake ID!??! Rock my world.

"RE: Well?"

Sorry...the whole romance thing with Clair is boring plus the air bubbles would have given them away and she keeps up with the Daddy issues and now Sylar has Daddy issues.....*eye roll*

Plus why only sending 2 people after Matt and Peter and only 2 watching Clair? Sorry....but they've had teams going after Sylar, Mohinder, etc.

Nathan continues with his Mommy issues.....*uggggg*

Peter's ability is to "borough" powers so Sylar is the most powerful man on the planet and thus is messes up all the future we have seen and thus blown up all the previous shows....

The reason why bald guy rigged up Matt was to show how dangerous the people with abilities are and thus he can shot to kill.

Mama was cool so I think there is a ton more too her that they are trying to show but don't you think that you showed her as an airhead for all seasons that this would have come out sooner.

I'm sorry but I'm done with this show.

Spoilsport . I'm loving this season. I'm still a Claire fan and love Sylar as a bad guy. He so should have killed Microwave Boy.

Someone needs to zap the guy that pushed Nathan out the window. Oh yeah, Sylars there. But I have a feeling bad normal guy and bad abnormal guy may be joining teams.

Peter does need to get his same as Sylar powers back.

I'm hoping it's Micah and HRG working together to be Rebel.

I don't think you can rig a false drivers license like that anymore, at least in MO and OK you can't. They're not laminated anymore.

I was passing threw last night....it still blows.....Speedy dead again, Frozen chick is still alive after getting shattered, with all the cams baldie has he does not have Sylar dropping in or dropping off his present or the 4 escapes leaving or going to the hospital or even monitoring all the hospitals.

Only good thing I saw was Hero being Hero and now with baby touch and go.....that I liked. Micha being rebel...no surprise but nice to see him and wonder why he is not on baldies radar.

Next....Sylar and baldie teaming up.....good that Sylar is Sylar but I don't think baldie would ever team up with one of them.

What the heck was the point of keeping us hooked on Speedy still being alive, but injured, only to kill her off in such a stupid fashion? Dragging her almost dead corpse along for however many episodes accomplished nothing for the story arcs. And I disagree with Trigirl. I don't think it was necessary to do it just to bring Ms. Parkman back into the picture. I'm not even going to get into the problems this creates with Matt's seeing the future.

Also, I don't think Ice queen blonde is dead. When it showed what was left of her frozen head, her eye blinked. I wasn't sure, so I rewound and saw it again. She'll be back. Also, why did she have to freeze herself to do what she did? She could have just frozen everybody else and then walked away. The only thing I can figure is she wants everyone thinking she is dead.

DH and I are still watching, too. I am not as big of a fan as he is, but I still pay attention.

Hiro and Ando pretty much make the show (for me)...I love them! And I also have found Sylar's emotional ups and downs pretty interesting (considering the reasons involved). I do not like the fact that Sylar can literally be anyone (that he has had physical contact with) whenever he pleases. Every new scene I have to think to myself, "Okay, where was Sylar when we last saw him, and is it plausible for him to have made it here for this scene?"

I had missed a few episodes after it came back in February due to Monday night commitments. I could have caught up with those episodes because of time-shifting but I couldn't be bothered to stay up late for that. Then my Mondays became free again so I started watching again. And yes, I'm glad that I started watching again. I will definitely tune into next season.

However, I have a few beefs about the season finale...

Why can't they just kill somebody and they stay dead? And I don't mean killing off a minor character. So the real Nathan is dead (he has no regenerative abilities) but not really because Sylar is Nathan. But why go through all that trouble when Peter or Claire could just give him a blood transfusion (as before)? Because then Sylar would be dead (maybe). Sylar "moving" his off switch is just plain dumb.

Why do they feel the need to have Ali Larter play the role of sex pot/femme fatale all the time? So yes, she's back, not a surprise since there were triplets and the first 2 are dead. So I guess this is Barbara and she morphs from a puddle of water to a naked Barbara and kills people. Ali Larter went from playing a complex character in Niki/Jessica/Gina(?) to playing bitchy blonde characters. What a waste of talent.

Do you honestly think that having Sylar parade around as Nathan is going to last? I don't trust Parkman's abilities and they should have called in the Haitian as well just to make sure but then again, Sylar would be gone.

Just watched the last four episodes and since I wasn't in a hurry, I guess that means I am not that interested. Finale was okay. Felt like I had seen it before. I am sure that we have had the whole president and shape shifter storyline before...was it a dream sequence or something from season 1.

So now we are back to the core group and they are starting a company. At least it is back to basics with none of the other crap...but feels a little 'been there, done that'. We'll see how bored I am in September whether I'll give it another go or not.
