Pickler sings, the finalists dance, tomorrow we have something called a results show, whatever that is.

I've got stuff to do, and I am working Tues night so won't be doing the results thread live. I'll get something up as play by play tonight, but not a full reporting.

Viennese Waltz to She's Always a Woman.

Nicely done. He may not be the best dancer, but he does make me smile. Maybe he shouldn't be in the finales, but I like that he's one of the normal untrained peeps that genuinely enjoys what he is doing.

Just a bit meh for me, not sure why, I think there were bits of the choreography that just didn't quite work for me.

They did that really well. I liked it even though I didn't want to, well other than Derek mugging the camera because he has way more attraction to it than any partner.

And that's why Bill's still here. That was a fantastic routine. Not perfect, but so entertaining and fun, and Bill always gives it his all. The judges may not want him to win, but I'd rather see Bill with the mirror ball than ringer Corbin.

I think the big trick took up too much of the dance, especially since they really didn't go right back into it but ran to the stage for trick 2.

Apparently, "We don't need backup dancers. We should let our skill speak for itself," means "We need 6 backup dancers to help us with our tricks."

Freestyle, with stepping. Derek says something she showed was too hard he can't do that one during rehearsal, wimp.

First, I missed your play-by-play Snidget, and I hope you keep it up.

Second, Amber was the one I was rooting for all season long. Derek or no Derek, I'm glad she won.

I just got around to watching the filler finale. I was glad Amber won, but disappointed that Jack didn't come in 2nd. Yes, Corbin was better, but Corbin had buckets of experience before he was even chosen for the show.

I was happy for Amber but kind of meh about the win. Truly, I was at the point I wanted Jack, or even Bill, to win. This season, more than others, was full of stars with prior dance experience. It made for a season full of fabulous dances, but you couldn't throw a stick without hitting a ringer!

But I digress....

Congratulations to Amber, and to Derek, who has proven himself to be a fantastic choreographer!
