So we've got one new tribe revealed: JT, Sandra, Michaela, Malcolm, Varner and Aubry are now in NUKU.

They catch a goat and Tai is not around...Varner talks about getting rid of people so are they going to TC?

ETA: That could really put Sandra in a bind. Aubry wasn't in her army, Malcolm reluctantly joined while Varner and Michaela were not as close to her as Hali and Troyzan. If they lose, the vote will probably either be Aubry or Sandra.

It's actually a chicken that JT catches...
but how interesting that the visual idea of JT "chasing a goat"

and then claiming "I got it"

It's almost too telling of how JT's game might indeed play out.
He may think he has a goat but he actually catches a chicken.


As to Sandra's army...they ALL (Malcolm, Aubry, Michaela and Varner) voted against their only other ally. Bucking the minority to unanimously vote out Tony. And the differences between Aubry, Michaela and Malcolm are enough to keep them from ganging up on the queen. IMO

Really strange that 5 out of 8 MANA. ended up drawing a Blue NUKU Buff!

And to me I think JT is in big trouble if Nu-NUKU lose Immunity as I think the 5 ex-MANA would simply vote out JT.

I'm gonna start this with...
The swap will be to 3 tribes, as evidenced by this "leaked" picture of Boston Rob's babygurls wearing the 4 buffs of the season...

So, and this makes sense from other things I've postulated, "Sandra and Michaela make it to the swap, where a green colored challenge apparatus is seen"

(Might even be able to add Aubry to that list above, her blue shirt is unmistakable, color-wise)

But, it's apparent that with 18 people, the 2 tribes will be split into 3 tribes. 6 survivors each.

Nu-Nuku, Nu-Mana and Nu-tribe.

As noticed, The Nu-Nuku appear to be...

JT (Nuku)
Sandra (Mana)

As for NuMana
We have THIS vidcap, from the Post-Reunion Tease...

(It also shows a red flag just behind Brad. So, PROBABLE NuMana members are...)

Something is odd here...

Jeff has 2 trays of 9 buffs each.

There should be 3 Blue, 3 Red, and 3 Green Buffs in Each Tray.

Left Tray for Males
Right Tray for Females

First Varner drew his buff from the Left (Male) Tray

Jeff hands Michaela the Right (Female) Tray

Hali also draws from the Right (Female) Tray

Jeff walks over to Sierra and hands her the Right (Female) Tray

Brad draws from the Left (Male) tray:

After Brad draws there should be 3 buffs remaining in the Left (Male) Tray (for Tai, JT, and Zeke)
and 2 buffs remaining in the Right (Female) Tray (for Andrea and Sarah)

JT draws from the Left (Male) Tray leaving 1 buff for Zeke

Andrea draws from the Right (Female) Tray...

Leaving 1 buff for Sarah

Next Sarah should draw the Last Buff from the Right (Female Tray)

However we see Zeke drawing the LAST Buff from the RIGHT (FEMALE) TRAY!

Seems like Sarah must have grabbed her buff from the Left (Male) Tray

Forcing Zeke to draw his buff from the Right (Female) Tray

This would explain why the Green and Red(nu-Mana) tribes are not balanced Male/Female

Thank Sheldor. What you called strange is visual proof that random draws are never random in Survivor. I'm convinced this was not an accident.

Well unless production knows which 2 buffs were left for the men and the women Sarah and Zeke choosing from the wrong trays is random and they would not know if that would make the tribes uneven.

I'm more interested how 5 out of 8 players on Mana all drew BLUE buffs.

Let's see that's
3 Blue / 9 Buffs for Varner (vs 6/9 odds Green/Red)
2 Blue / 8 Buffs for Malcolm (vs 6/8 odds Green/Red)
1 Blue / 7 Buffs for Troyzan (or 6/7 odds Green/Red)

For the Women
3 Blue / 9 Buffs for Sandra (vs 6/9 odds Green/Red)
2 Blue / 8 Buffs for Michaela (vs 6/8 odds Green/Red)
1 Blue / 7 Buffs for Hali (vs 6/7 odds Green/Red)

Only Troyzan drew a Red or Green Buff
Hali defied big odds to draw a Blue Buff

Now that we know the alternating trays the players chose their buffs from I cannot find any permutations that result in the tribes as Tribephyl posted above.

There are only a few permutations that work and I think this one is the most likely:

Since there are only 3 Red Buffs left across both Trays at the end it didn't matter which tray the last 3 players (Andrea, Sarah, Zeke) chose from so maybe that's why Jeff allowed Sarah to choose from the Right Tray (assuming production somehow knows what buffs are left in each tray).

Also with this draw the gender split is 3/3 on each tribe even though Sarah grabbed her buff from the Left (Male) Tray.

There is a white (female?) arm/hand right behind Tai who I think is probably Debbie
Hali would also be in the front and probably is behind Debbie off screen
Caleb would be next tallest then Brad then Sierra.
