Only fun things I learned:

- Fallon gave him the idea for the fan voting they did for 2nd chance.

- We saw a bit of the Demo tape that Jeff said he used to get the Survivor gig in the first place.

Can I ask where you see Tony, Hali and Troyzan? I can't spot those three.

Troyzan is green underwear guy still on the inside of the cage.

Not to call particular attention to it but...butt...Ozzy's Butt... That is Malcolms head to the left of Ozzy's butt. And Varner's shirt can be seen as well as Aubry's butt.

Then again, there is Hali, next to Ozzy's butt.

And while I'm apparently speaking out of my butt about Tony, (I can't quite locate the cap that has a better shot of his head,) also next to Ozzy's Butt. But I swear. It's his bald head.
For now, try looking at the Slo-Mo Close-Up of IC2.

To add to that, the caps of Sandra and Michaela at a future challenge that involves the color green (most likely a swap) suggests that both of those Mana last through episode 1/2.

Only Mana unaccounted for is Ciera.
As for Nuku? Cirie, Debbie, JT, Sierra and Tai are currently unaccounted for.
But I still lean towards a Mana loss in the first hour.

Note you wrote...

And you left off Malcolm
Also, in one of the videos I see Sarah in the bottom right.

So it should be:

NOT Seen: Cirie, Sierra, JT, Tai, Debbie

Mana: Varner, Caleb, Aubry, Tony, Hali, Troyzan, Malcolm
and maybe in future IC: (Michaela, Sandra)

And of course someone is sitting out of this challenge. Could be Ciera is sitting out then all of Mana is accounted for.
