The secret scene between Shirin and Hali is really interesting. Pretty sure Shirin stays with the No collars at least at first.

Okay, don’t leave us hanging, mister. Tease us one good thing about next week’s merge episode.
Oh it’s ON. It’s a GREAT episode. Everything and everyone is up for grabs and they have to start over… literally!

I think not just the new camp to be built, but really, everything like the blurb said - for example: new alliances, new groupings. Shirin got a wake-up call and Rodney is ready to torch the earth while others such as Sierra and Joe are trying to figure out where they belong that could impact things after the merge.

EW has a clip from tonight's show which shows the tribes come together on a challenge beach, no Jeff, but a note and a chest full of goodies. They are merged and go to Escemeca's beach. Rodney has a confessional about what happens and he makes a point of saying he's thinking strategy.

There's also an interview with Shirin, which has this game related tidbit:

You very well may have been saved by Mike throwing that challenge. Did you have any indication when it happened that he was throwing it, and do you think you would have gone home then had your tribe lost?

You didn’t get to see it, but Sierra put in a spectacular performance as well. We had no idea that Escameca threw that challenge—other than Kelly, of course. Going into that immunity challenge, Hali, Jenn and I had a deal to vote out Kelly if we had lost in order to weaken the original blue collars. Whether that would have actually happened, we’ll never know. I’m 100% happy with not knowing.

This speaks to Shirin at least kind of getting in with the No Collars. And it also suggests that the No Collars are realizing they need to take out the blue collars. Definitely points toward Tyler and Carolyn as the swing votes in the No Collar-Blue Collar power struggle.
