So, does that dropped 'g' mean that Keith is still holding on in Episode 12?

ETA: As in, "Gettin' To Crunch Time".

Quite possibly but the actual title of Episode 9 included the 'g':
"Getting’ To Crunch Time" not "Gettin’ To Crunch Time"

Obviously it was edited in later - why else would they leave the apostrophe by mistake after the word "Getting"?

Look at who would be likely to drop the 'g' amongst the remaining castaways, so you might have an answer there who said "Gettin' to Crunch Time".
