Good call Swami. That is probably what it is. It's the way Charlie is carrying it that looks weird to me. Why isn't he using the handle?

or does the guy in the body bag look just like the guy that Jack keeps seeing in the suit?

It certainly DOES look like him, which would explain why he is bothered at the sight of him or knows that the guy is supposed to be dead. could be his father, or a patient that Jack worked on and "lost" - some guilt perhaps.

Oooh, must stalk Breezy now. (as if I haven't be in awe of her since my first day here).

OK there's two guys in suits? One is the guy in the bodybag.

I like the theory on the guy being a former patient of Jack's that he might not have been able to save.

Seems like it is being revealed that people have "lost" something before the plane trip:

Locke: use of his legs
Walt: his mother
Michael: knowing his son
Jack: maybe a certain patient?
Kate: her freedom

I can't tell if the pictures above are of the same guy but the grey suit one does look like the guy in the body bag.

Hey Zombiebaby! I like this thought. To further it, I think we are seeing some irony regarding the title. Since becoming "lost" many of the characters have, in a sense been "found."

Locke: found ability to walk and strength to lead
Walt: found his father, his dog
Micheal: found his ability to become a parent
Jack: I'm guessing he had some difficulties as a doctor. Perhaps he has found confidence in his abilities and respect from others
Kate: her freedom
hobbit: will find sobriety
shannon: find a sense of groundedness, self-reliance

I think as the show goes on we will see the characters become "found" each one in their own unique way. At this point we have only really seen Locke's story.

Therefore Jiffy is in the body bag?
EPMB is the monster in the jungle?
Surfer dude's sister is very Heidi-like.
