I like the theory on the guy being a former patient of Jack's that he might not have been able to save. Seems like it is being revealed that people have "lost" something before the plane trip:
Locke: use of his legs
Walt: his mother
Michael: knowing his son
Jack: maybe a certain patient?
Kate: her freedom
I can't tell if the pictures above are of the same guy but the grey suit one does look like the guy in the body bag.

Don't Google "hairy toes"!!
Hey Zombiebaby! I like this thought. To further it, I think we are seeing some irony regarding the title. Since becoming "lost" many of the characters have, in a sense been "found."Locke: found ability to walk and strength to lead
Walt: found his father, his dog
Micheal: found his ability to become a parent
Jack: I'm guessing he had some difficulties as a doctor. Perhaps he has found confidence in his abilities and respect from others
Kate: her freedom
hobbit: will find sobriety
shannon: find a sense of groundedness, self-reliance
I think as the show goes on we will see the characters become "found" each one in their own unique way. At this point we have only really seen Locke's story.
