Just thought I'd remind everyone that The Weakest Link premieres tomorrow at 8/7c. I'll be watching because it sounds interesting (secretly, I just want to hear the host say "Yoo ah...de weekist leenk.").

Well it's the first commercial break and I was thinking that the show was going pretty well... fast paced... good range of questions.

I like the 'bank' part of the scoring. They they voted off their first person and the show just went a little off... the questioning of each player just before the vote seemed contrived.

Then, when the Jeff guy left with his little 'bah' wave that looked very contrived... Then they had the 'final comments' thing which was an unsuccessful rip off of the Survivor confessional.

....I found myself checking the clock about a half hour into it....it got pretty boring, pretty quick.

The host was funny....for about 20 minutes, then her little shtick became old and predictable.

What's the deal with the little scripted confessionals at the end of each round... that came across as so lame-assed it really made me wonder if they did any viewer testing and if they did - what the hell city of idiots did they do the testing in.

Very disappointing to say the least.

Watched it, thought it terrible. The host is irritating, the angry people voted off, DUMB. Just bad. It won't be around long.

I had seen this show in London and I laughed and got a kick out of it. But the American version seems to be missing something. She just doesn't seem as mean as she does on the British version.
