Which kind of jobs do these people have? How can the take vacations to compete? Notice that the majority of them are in sales and many are aspiring actors. I belive some of the women are escorts. In the case of The Bachelor, Trish has the "escort-ish" ways. And she is a "model"... have you ever seen her "modeling" anything?

I doubt half of these girls have serious jobs..Im sure ABC "fluffs" them up in a way .
How many do you see that say unemployed or just a student?
Im sure they all have jobs where they can leave if they want.

I've often wondered too. How could these people just leave their jobs and then leave again to do PR and be at the reunion show.

I'm sure more than half lie about their jobs to make it look impressive.

Since we are on the subject...what the hell is a Prosthetic technician? It has been bugging me for a while.

Im sure it is someone who designs/fixes prostetics..(medical aids)..

Aren't prosthetics the same as artificial body part? Sounds like an interesting gig.

She fits people with their artificial limbs.
Also they take either unpaid leave or they quit. But mostly I think they take leaves. It's not such a big deal only 6 weeks.

Sure they lie, remeber Chad from the Bachelorette. His occupation was something like pharmaceutical sales but really he was unemployed.

Just because he did not currently have a job, does not mean that is not his profession. I'm an accountant. If I'm between jobs, does that mean I'm lying if I say I'm an accountant? There are many professions where people spend some time "between jobs" Pharmaceutical sales is a tough industry. I think Chad should have told Meredith about his job status, before his mother outed him, but I don't think he was lying to say that was his profession

by the way.. on that subject.. what is with all the "pharmacutical sales reps" they have every season. I cant remember if we are seeing it this season, but there are so many. Does ABC secretly own Pzizer??? kinda makes ya wonder.

I think that is a fancy name for someone who works behind the register at Walgreens (or Shoppers Drug Mart, if you're Canadian!)
