Starting with the older folks, they need to fix the shelter so people can sleep.

I think IF (huge if) I went on any kind of RTV show, I would try to get clothing from a thrift shop or my oldest clothing that I would be willing to see trashed...

La Floor this time marched into Challenge Beach...

Espada: Dan's shoes stolen by Holly, filled with sand, and then sunk into lake/ocean...

LaFlor: NaOnka had some socks in her shoes, which promptly disappeared... and she takes Fabio's socks in retribution... before he even gets to ask nicely... she goes off on him!

Holly and Alina, Alina does it quickly.

Kelly bad leg finds the ball before Holly does so gets to the ball bouncing first and catches up quickly.

3:2 Older Tribe

4:2 Older Tribe, Older Tribe wins Immunity.

They take the fishing gear.

They have to crawl through a mud pit to then get to a hay pile to find a ball... which then will eventually get passed from shield to shield to a barrel...

This is also for Reward: Either a Tarp, or a treasure chest of fishing gear.

Medallion of Power advantage: By giving it to La Flor, you get a ball in the barrel to start the challenge...

The Medallion advantage was neutralized quickly, but Espada regains the lead... and they win Immunity!

They choose fishing gear for their Reward.

La Flor will have a date with Jiffy at TC.

That was actually a pretty fun challenge. And even though it was a big advantage, like you said, it was neutralized quickly.

Loved that Kelly B. did well.

Holly doing OK now they are winning, check out the reward, and they find a hidden immunity clue.

Jill figured something out, tells Marty, Jill comes along to help, and they find it.

they are saying it is a We got the idol.

In the treasure chest with the fishing gear was the 2nd clue to the HII.

Jill looked at the second clue and deduced that it was 8 yards away from Treemail, and she tells Marty to go get it... which he does with her in attendance...

Then we go to La Flor, where NaOnka explained that she sat out to try to expose Kelly badleg possibly using her artificial leg as an excuse... and she killed her leg...

Shannon worries about the groupings and is trying to organize the guys to get rid of Brenda... which Chase doesn't like...

It is all the Medallion's fault.

Nayonka sat out to see if Kelly B was weak without the leg.

Looking to break up couples, looking to get rid of Nayonka,

Chase stuck between two alliances.

I was impressed with how quickly the Older Tribe got the clues.

Interesting how Jill/Marty/Dan got aligned partly by happenstance. Smart move on Jill's part to share the clue.

Chase/Brenda discussing Shannon wanting her out... but it might be a little too close to the shelter, because Alina heard the conversation and reports to Chase and her alliance mates...

This might end up tied at Tribal...

Shannon is making himself a threat by talking to everybody.

Minority alliance wants to take him out, Chase tells Brenda they want her out, not feeling good about Shannon.

Alina overhears Brenda with Chase, and now they think Brenda is even more of a threat because how dare she stir things up and try to stay.

and question one was to Shannon, who was asked about his first 6 days... he explains that he's not used to camping out... and then at the end of his spiel blasts Chase that if he doesn't get rid of Brenda tonight, that he'll be next on the hit list... which starts an all out war of words the likes of which Jiffy hasn't seen in all 21 seasons...

Shannon continues to stick his feet in his mouth, blasting Sash for him being gay... and NYC at the same time, stating that it's full of gays... or at least more of N'Awlins...

Each question to other tribemates, Shannon has to stick his two cents in... and he continues to bury himself...

Can we vote now? PLEASE!?!?

Great job on the play by play, Snidget! This was a great episode...a lot to chew on!!

Shannon venoms about the whole La Flor tribe, and states that since he's been married for 11 years, that should've qualified him for Espada...

Preview has NaOnka wanting to kick Kelly B's a$$... as well Jimmy J trying to recruit some of the baboons/howler monkeys to help him out... with no success...

What a bunch of crazies on the La Flor tribe! Very few that are likeable and smart. Even the ones that I really want to like (like Chase) lost some respect from me tonight.

I still don't have a handle on Benry.

P.S. So Michel, did it seem to you that Sash was the narrator for the younger tribe tonight? It's still not completely straightforward to me, but if I had to pick I'd say Sash.

Not to me, not at all. I don't think La Flor has a narrator, befitting a tribe in chaos. The constant in ep 1 and 2 is that Judd is made fun of for unearned reasons, but nonetheless comes off positive.

Chase looked ultrawimpy and a pathetic fool for Brenda, a bad edit for this week and maybe the long haul IMO.

In the editing thread, I'm pretty sure Michel said Shannon was the narrator for the Younger tribe last week...but I agree with you, there doesn't seem to be a clear-cut narrator for that tribe yet, which I guess befits them.

Definitely agree about Chase coming off like a wimp tonight! I am really bummed because I so wanted to like him and root for him...hope he redeems himself.

Cannot stand Naonka and don't like Sash either, but at least he seems smart/savvy and the million-dollar smile quote about him made me wonder about his prospects.

Right now, Alina, Kelly B. and Brenda seem to be the smartest and most likeable of the younger bunch....but yikes, what a crazy group overall! I guess it makes it entertaining to watch, though.

With all the craziness, did anyone have a 'good' edit this episode? Maybe Jill and Marty on the Older Tribe (Jane seemed to fade into the background)...and I guess Kelly B. and Brenda came off the best on the younger tribe.

I'm afraid it's going to take more than one vote to unify La Flor. Yeesh! What did Kelly B. do except show up with one leg? What did Jud say or do to Na that she hates him so? Oh, right, he left his socks where she could find them. Well, at least every knuckledragging lowbrow in the country now has Shannon as a role model.

Holly ought to just up and quit. Nice of JJ to talk her spirits up, but that's a mighty big hole she dug for herself with the rest of her tribe.

It will be interesting to see how Alina and Fabio/Jud will be treated back at camp, since they're the only two who stuck by Shannon in the end.

Benry says in the Insider Clips that he didn't intend to vote for Shannon, but after the TC theatrics he felt the tribe would be better with him gone. And Kelly B. says she had to do it to save herself. (Wonder how Kelly B.'s alliance with Alina will hold up.)

Honestly, I don't know why Jud and Alina stuck with Shannon, he blew it at Tribal big time. And just what was that gay thing about? I feel sorry for all the people who will be interviewing Shannon tomorrow, I doubt he'll say much of interest.

Yeah, he is a loser! His day-after comments are filled with more derogatory remarks. He even disses his wife/marriage.

I guess Shannon is friends with James, Boo and Russell (southern boys), because on EW there's a pre-game clip with Jeff Probst talking about how he doesn't think Shannon will make it to the merge and he knows that Boo, Russell, etc. will probably want to beat him up for saying that.

That was one of the best TCs I've ever seen! It was hilarious. Definitely one for the record books. And Shannon thought he would survive that train wreck?
