We have finally made it to the Finale! WOOHOO!

Our finalists are Hines/Kym, Kirstie/Maks, and Chelsea/Mark. Maks is the only one who hasn't won a championship yet of the three Pros, but he's had two other Finale visits.... Season 2 with Stacey Kiebler, and Season 8 with Erin Andrews... so he has an idea of what's needed...

Carrie Ann picked the Samba

Judges are picking dances that should accentuate their skills...

Last Samba was too perky... should be more sensual...

Not enough hip for me. Seemed like she was trying to make sure her too low pants didn't fall down rather than really letting loose.

But the judges disagree.

I think Tony danced with Stacey in Season 2.

Maks made the finals with Laila Ali and Mel B besides Erin.

Much better hip action, and I liked the samba rolls, not sure if I'd score it higher, there wasn't quite a party in it.

ETA: Why is Maks always nuzzling Tom this season? Did being the Ukrainian Bachelor make him afraid of the girls or something?

I would rather watch Kirstie & Maks than Chelsea & Mark. They entertain me. Mark just annoys me.

On an emotional night, he got the first perfect 30 of the season, and two of them overall...

Len chose the Quickstep...

Chelsea's excited because Mark's Freestyle's have been spectacular before... Mark's trying to go all-out for the choreography...

They rode in on a bicycyle, with Chelsea on Mark's shoulders...

They also got light-up gloves/shoes....

I was bored. Chelsea looked like she couldn't keep up in the first half. But I did enjoy the part when they put the lights out. I didn't have to see Mark's facial expressions. He should always dance in the dark.

Is the band deliberately trying to sabotage them. The rhythm of that band made that completely undanceable IMO.

Either they went too fast singing the 2nd half of the song, or it seemed that way as Kirstie danced it...

He's in a marching band outfit, she's in a cheerleader outfit...

A drum core on the stage, they came in through a balloon entrance archway...

I like the lifts and that, but the music again seemed like the band was trying to ruin the performance. Not the drumline guys, but the rest of it.

Kym looked fantastic. But Hines looked a bit flatfooted and awkward at times. Of course the judges never see that with Hines.

I believe Hines will win. Kirstie will be 2nd and Chelsea 3rd.

Chelsea just does not have the fanbase to catch the other 2. And Kirstie is not getting the judges' points to catch Hines.

ETA: Checked DialIdol. Busy : 95 | Vote : 78 for PA. So lots of issues getting through. I'll finish off the votes for Hines in case you can't vote.

What was that Kirstie said about Maks making her do things she didn't know she could do? and that she just did whatever he said? loved it
