ADVISORY: Vote threads are open to all who wish to participate and cast their votes, spoilers and non-spoilers alike. The posts initiating these threads contain no spoiler information other than perhaps referencing what has been revealed in TV promos for the upcoming episode. Non-spoilers, be advised that spoilers may include information in their posts here which you may not wish to read. Spoilers, please do not include spoiler information for future episodes, stick to the episode in question.

The Rules

1. Put the name of your choice for this week's boot in the subject heading!
This is easy, just erase the bit where it says "Re: SurvivorBlows Tribe, Time to Vote..." and replace with your vote, e.g., "Brett." (Or, for example, if you think this will be a two-boot week: "Brett and Jaison." It doesn't matter which order you put them in unless it matters to you.)

This makes it easier to tally votes quickly and accurately. Nicknames are tougher to tally unless they're really obvious without actually reading your post. Other things you want to vote on (who wins what challenge, who makes the title quote, where will Russell find the idol this time), these should go in your post not in your subject line.

2. Reply only to this post!
We like a nice straight vote thread around here, we're just that way. Vote about anything you can think of to vote on.

There are plenty of places on the forum to debate he merits of people's arguments, don't do it here. If you need a place, make one.

But please feel free to discuss the logic of your vote in your own post, cast all the extra votes you want, we really are very interested in what you have to say. Really, I mean it, vote about anything you want to vote about for this episode!

4. No graphics, particularly no sig pics.
Unless they are absolutely necessary, of course. This could become a very long thread, the fewer graphics the better. If you have to do graphics make them pertinant to something. It's an old rule, one of our traditions.

There's a tie, but on the revote John flips. If he can't get out Monica (she's not that threatening), he might as well get Laura out instead.

With all the hype of a showdown between Laura and Russell, it would be a mindboggling deception if someone other than one of them went home. CBS isn't that good, Russell isn't going anywhere, Laura goes home.

The quote from her at T.C. about Russ opening up Hell he does not know how bad (or something like that), will in fact be Hell onto her.

Laura won 2 IIs in a row, when she is not immune tonight, Sambo, the FF4 all vote for her. I also agree that if there is a tie, someone will flip and Laura will go out.

I find it great that a tribe so cocky entering the merge will now go down 3 in a row post merge.

I find it fascinating that they've managed to make Laura so unlikable that people will be rooting for the guy who was originally billed as pure evil. The woman has shown zero sense of humor or graciousness, and way too much sense of snobbery, entitlement and false superiority. Makes Russell appear fun-loving.

As I speculated here I think the tie is broken on the revote, by the "clever" one -- who is not Shambo.

I think that because this vote is a last stand for tribal supremacy, that Brett will stay with Galu. Dave has been shown fiercely pro-Galu, while John has been edited as flexible, and was also dissed by Erik and Dave in Ep 1, which might be a good set-up for him jumping ship to save himself from purple rock.

However, Kelly pointed out that Dave makes snap decisions, so it is certainly possible that Dave decides on the spot to opt for self-preservation.

John is my pick for the person who flips, though. Because he flips to avoid the rock rather than joining up with Foa Foa to prevent the tie, this move does not necessarily buy him any extension in the game. Rather, it would make him a wild card, and wild cards are considered threats, especially when as athletic and smart as John.
