The show will be called The Tournament: instead of eliminations, we're going to have playoffs! ('This is the last helmet of the night'?) Premiere date is currently set for July 11th -- which means I'm posting this here instead of Other Shows for two DWTS reasons:

1. When's the filming period? Chad's been doing this for months, and we're getting pretty close to minicamp sessions. It would have been really hard to do a series during football season: too few days available. Figure no one's sat on this for a year: kills last winter and strping. So either he shot this thing concurrently with DWTS (which would have cut back on his training time) or he's about to put on a mad DAW rush.

2. Has anyone told Cheryl?
