Under no circumstances should new arrivals say the following words: 'Hey, wanna see my room?'

For that matter, I'd be really careful about ordering room service.

And make sure no insects got in. Those might count.

So true. Tanya lost her immunity and Chelsea, who went to see Ryan's room, got the boot. On the other hand, Raheim would love to show his room to, well, anyone other than his roomie. I'm wondering if the guys thought to get any of the women to help with their plan to get rid of Tadisha (or whatever her name is).
Maybe after this they figured out how it works.

It was quite touching to see James wipe the tear away from Krista's (is that the virgin's name?) face. Made me want to give him a big hug and maybe go see his room.

Did they have this immunity strikeout during the first season, or was this just a little extra touch of cruelty early on?

I think Raheim's next room has to be padded with rubber. 'If you stay here, you're not afraid of me, and that's disrespect! If you walk away, you don't want to listen, and that's disrespect! Look: I'm gonna fight you, so why are you making me work so hard for my extra motivation?' I don't know how much alcohol figured into that confrontation, but I doubt a drunken brawl would do anything except make the producers open the spigots even wider.

I missed the exact statement which set Raheim off, so it may have been hyper-offensive. All I know from the subtitles is that it contained the words 'black' and 'ghetto'. But you still have to be careful about your reactions: I don't know PHo's rules, but it's hard to believe they'd keep two contestants in after an all-out fight.

Then again, I'm getting the impression that they'd happily cast a bigot or two if they thought it would improve their chances of seeing one.

I don't remember this immunity strike out rule the first time, but maybe it's because the newbie never hooked up.

As for the fight, or near fight, Raheim was saying something and James heard it and told him not to throw out that ghetto black stuff or something. I was surprised Raheim didn't get booted.

Isn't it cute the way all the people watching this show are pretending not to? Like if they don't post we won't know they're watching and loving this reality-trash. Probably want us to think they were at the library reading the classics.

But, but, but I was at the library honest! chuckling

If I remember right, the first go around the same rule applied....that is why the single room person never hooked up during their stay as being single.

Heheheh I love watching this show and what would make it even better if the show brought back Tony (She was on Love Cruise and on Paradise Island). She was one strange female.

*points and gasps* YOU SAID LOVE CRUISE!

Life has been better since Toni left for parts unknown to reality tv viewers. I'm waiting for The Donald to follow.

Ok - I'm posting just to admit that I'm watching. Of course I'm watching - this is the show (PH1) that brought me to RTVW. I'm only watching the Fox Reality version, so I can see tiled-out penises.

I KNEW I wasn't the only one watching. If there weren't two or three of us, it would have been cancelled by now.

Like Ellehcar, P-ho 1 brought me here as well. This batch is not quite as dysfunctional as the first, but they're pretty close.

The twisted formula works, kids. The formula works.

Another Richard Hatch wannabe. I wonder if this was what Nathan said offended people, although I think this may not have been the same night. No one seems very offended, especially not Tadisha.

Actually I didn't watch #1 and searched my listings for this one after a comment on OT.

I'm enjoying it. There's only been one episode, correct? Or did my DVR let me down?

Two episodes so far. I don't know what the duration is on this one.

They sure gave Johnny alot of power lastnight. Instead of letting him pick first. And then not letting any other guy pick that female. They let him have complete control of who to send home. Nobody had any say. He could pick any couple. And that male was going home.

I love the shots that show Mike's bald spot. It makes me giggle every time.

I love the shots of the bald spot too.

Johnny proved once again what a big dumba$$ he is. Not that he needed more evidence after the dancing nude on top the table incident. But what a moron for not taking the opportunity to get rid of one of the more aggresive players in the game. I had a feeling he was going to wimp out and go for Nathan. What a stupid move. I guess his stumpy muscley (I know it's not a word) body is afraid all the other guys will gang up on him. At least Keith from PH1 had the balls to do it. Apparently Johnny never watched the show before.

I'll be shocked if he survives the next male elimination night. Hope the next new guy isn't a meathead too.

I'm just excited to see whats next. Has anyone been able to check out the webisodes that are on the FOX Reality website. I'm a fan of less editing so its more detailed. What did you think about Tanya being the first to "hook up" on the show? Did you see that coming?

"RE: Rule #2"
Posted by Dakota on 03-04-08 at 02:10 PM
Until Stephanie, I thought this bunch seemed rather well behaved in the hookup category. I was surprised Tanya found a guy she wanted to stick with as she was shown as the wildest. Now her wildness has been upstaged by Stephanie. Jeez, girl, a shot of tequila AND a Long Island Iced Tea?

I'm glad to see Krista looking smarter and tougher than she looks. Can't wait to see what Stephanie does. Anyone know how many days are covered each week?

Right now, PHo's biggest problem (other than cast, host, lack of coherent rules, no one knowing what they're playing for...) is the timeslot. Look at all the shows it's up against: C-list dancers on ABC, your weekly skank allotment over on VH1, the CBS 'we may make you laugh one day, but this isn't it' comedy lineup...

If they really want viewers, they should move it to Fridays.
