I was wondering about health inspections after watching Sunday's show. Apparently they fixed whatever was leaking from the ceilings in the kitchen before the inspector got there. And Rocco apparently wasn't cooking so he didn't get caught dipping his fingers in the food, in his mouth, and in the food again (ever hear of using a spoon for tasting?)

That's exactly what I thought when he was tasting his food. I thought that you had to use a spoon and either throw it away (if it's plastic) or put in the dishwasher. I hope he at least washed his hands. Yuck!

It's healthier to eat in a School Cafeteria then that place.

I know the kitchen I work in doesn't serve swanky food, but I cringed at a lot of what I saw.
Oh and we wear food serve gloves when we roll our meatballs Mama( which are pretty good btw).

LOL! Yeah, I've got to admit that even if I ate meat, I sure as heck wouldn't eat those meatballs, with her hands going in everything. Yuck.
