It seems like Derek has all the worst luck. I remember in Season 6 that he injured his neck and then later had a bout with food poisoning as well. I hope he gets better as well.

I heard Mark did some practicing with Tony in NYC. Mark was there to do some work and Tony lives there.

More likely than not it was a couple of "Iron Chef America" episodes, then........ because unless they've changed things, they're taped at Food Network Studios in Chelsey Market........
