No argument there. I'm just slightly concerned about the effects on Skiver's sanity. You know what watching all those recaps, precaps, and re-precaps can do to your mind once the tape hits the fourth replay.

Still -- there's virtually no chance I've managed to talk him out of it. (sigh) All I can hope is that he has an exceptionally high pain threshold and a wall with some yield to it, 'cause when the TV goes flying for the first time, it goes fast.

Thanks, Estee and Howard Dean, for worrying about the impact of this show on my sanity. I'm preparing for my episode by avoiding the show entirely, so that I won't be broken down before going into the ordeal. And I'll watch no more than five minutes at a time before taking a break / valium.

I'm with He. The more idiotic a show is, the more chance there is to lampoon it. Or the viewers. Or the program makers.

OK, it looks like FOX has pulled the Thursday 3/18 episode in favor of a "Wonderfalls" repeat (which also bombed last Friday in a premiere that aired in what's been FOX's black hole of a Friday night since X-Files moved to Sundays.)

I'm not sure where Forever Eden is going to go after next week (I think "The Swan" was supposed to get the Monday 9PM timeslot beginning 3/29) but apparently Ep5 of Forever Eden will air next Monday, March 22 at 9PM.

Angelfood, does next Monday (instead of this Thursday) for Ep5 still work for you???

...honestly I wish FOX would just dump "The Swan" in "Playing It Straight's" Friday 8PM timeslot and run "Straight" Mondays at 8PM followed by "Forever Eden" at 9PM -- I think both shows would perform better that way than this original stupid Eden on Thursdays @ 9PM, Swan Mondays @ 9PM, and Straight @ 8PM Fridays schedule they put together. The Swan's largely 30-40-something female makeover audience they are looking for are much more likely to be home on Friday nights than the younger audience a show like Straight is chasing -- plus it would be a more compatible lead-in for 9PM's "Wonderfalls" while "Straight" is a better 8PM lead-in to a 9PM "Eden" -- this was just incredibly boneheaded scheduling all around, I don't get what the hell these folks were thinking.

Yeah I don't get Fox either. I think you were dead on right about the scheduling. Go figure.

Well, they're preempting "OC" for Clay Aiken this week, so watch out, LOL...

I lost that show for about a month or so and I come back and the entire show was upside-down -- Anne's leaving, Seth's with Summer, Ryan and Marissa aren't together, Marissa's mom has moved from sleeping with Seth's grandfather to sleeping with Luke, Luke's suddenly a nice guy, and Seth's hot aunt was gone! Ack, it was all too much for me

OK, apparently FOX is keeping Forever Eden on Mondays at 9PM through at least 3/29 -- with The Swan's premiere delayed until Monday April 5 (although whether that will be at 8PM or 9PM I'm still unclear)
