Time once again to almost end this thing. We will have another "everyone dance the same kind of dance, to the same song, almost at the same time" thing again, and then it'll be time to Freestyle!

I am exhausted from the misadventure I had today. First it was my mother getting her eye exam, then the joke of her trying to get glasses. Attempt two will be on Wednesday......

I hate glasses shopping. I never seem to find anything I like. Hope Weds goes well.

Bruno visits Shawn, Carrie Ann visits Melissa, and Len visits Gilles.

I liked Shawn and Giles much more than Melissa.

Melissa's was too much posing and took awhile to get into the dancing. I don't think it has as much content as the others and she had what looked like a couple of bobbles.

Sounds like they decided the scores before the dance.

I really don't see how Melissa got two tens for that.

Shawn looked as though her dress was caught for the first few bars of the dance. Still, she's technically very good, just not much feeling. Melissa did seems to do a lot of posing, like sndge said. Gilles was, of course, Gilles. I have seen him do better, but I think he took this round.

Apolo Anton Ono (season 4 winner) visited them during practice.

Since they got in trouble for the gymnastics last time, none this time..... just stuff learned from over the season.

No Olympian that has made the Finals has failed to take the gaudy trophy home........

They are completely covered in body suits with gloves and masks in the tease before the break.

Good to see Anton Apolo Ohno again. But the performance was a bit uncontrolled. Kinda wild, not in a good way. The crowd loved it.

The last time he was in the Finals was in Season 2 with Stacy Kiebler, where Len wanted more......

During practice Melissa forearmed Tony in the eye......

Meh!

Did not like the psuedo hip hop. I would think a cheerleader would do better hip hop type stuff.

I would love to have seen something that showed off the beautiful long lines she gets.

It seemed they tried too hard. Was entertaining, but not a lot of dancing. Tony took quite a hit there, didn't he?

I felt that was the danciest of the three. I really liked that even if the judges do not seem to be so happy with it.

I was disappointed in the song choice, but nice job. I would have thought Cheryl would have gone all out with the material (Gilles) she has to work with.

I feel your pain about the eye exam. I don't have issues wwith my mother, but we can't convince her mother to get reading glasses or wear her hearing aid.
