Hey NYC area HUNG fans!!! If you want to get up close and personal with William Hung, show your support tomorrow morning at Fuse! Get there at 10am so we can get a crowd ready for when he shows up around 10:30am. After that, hop in line at 11am to try and get in for his performance on IMX at noon. Fuse is at 11 Penn Plaza; 32nd & 7th Avenue, NYC. I know he is going to perform She Bangs and YMCA! It is going to be great! GO HUNG!

The following is a line from an article in Mercury News.

``He (William Hung) charges five bucks for photographs and autographs,'' said Yili Shi, a sophomore from the Chinese Student Association (at Berkeley), .....``I think he's arrogant.''

http://www.mercurynews.com/mld/merc...sip/8369074.htm

I'm not saying that I believe this Yili Shi guy 100%. But I think he is just as credible as William Hung who says "I'm not doing this for money or fame." His actions say otherwise.

Please remember that what happened to him is pure luck; it happened by accident. There will never be another William Hung, at least not in my lifetime. And anyone who thinks he is living an American Dream is delusional. America was not built on get-rich-quick schemes. There are millions of hard working MIDDLE CLASS Americans, including myself, who are living the American Dream as we speak. I believe William Hung fans will serve themselves better by drawing inspiration from these people.

Now go to his concert and have fun!

If you believe that people who would fall for pyramid schemes and gold rushes have built this country, you need to get your head examined.

Excuse me? What did you say?

Trojan, you might want to examine the community guidelines, which state quite clearly that bashing other posters is not permitted.

I was actually somewhat impressed with his performance. Believe it or not..his voice is getting better though it's still kinda funny to hear She-Bangs with a Chinese accent.

He'll never be an American Idol but he'll definitely stretch his 15 minutes longer than Justin did...and Justin couldsing.

Not bad honey, not bad at all.

--agrees that Hungs voice could be getting better because it had nowhere to go but up, but hasn't paid one iota of attention to him since his initial audition

how YOU doing?

I haven't been really following him but just happened to be watching when they said he'd be on. I took a listen and was surprised...my ears didn't bleed. Was a good night.

I saw William's performance on the Tonight Show. It made me laugh, and then I thought " Only in America, can you get paid to make a fool of yourself" ( I am sure there are other places in the world that will pay people to make fools of themselves, but America was my first thought)

I caught the tail end of his Today Show performance this morning. Matt Lauer had ear plugs in his ears. I think that says it all.

Praying hard that William's 15 minutes are over.

Not true. William Hung was invited to China or some asian country to perform in the MTV Asia Video Awards!

He IS getting alot of practice singing She Bangs...but I thought he sounded better too. Or maybe my ears have gone tone deaf.

I don't get it AT ALL!
I understand that some people appreciate his hanging in there and trying his best, but the guy has no talent, and mostly people are just laughing at him.

I believe that Hell is where you hear all your favorite songs, sung by Willie Hung.

I think that the "better" he gets the faster his star will fall because people like him because he sucks so bad and it's funny. I almost died of boredom when he was on that "American Idol" special with dancers. LAME. My interest in him lasted 5 minutes.

I think he seriously believes that with training, he can become a professional singer. He does not get the joke. When the "No Talent" AI show aired, the announcer said something like, "He's Hung!" and everyone laughed. (At least I did.) I don't think he got the double entendre.

However, that said, he's making a lot of money, so maybe the joke is on those that buy his records and attend his concerts. I will not be contributing to his cause.
