I imagine that the pillows will be needed for the Encore Dance again, and we'll probably say good-bye to the other Steve tonight....... We'll see.

Ty must have been thinking... "I'm between David Alan Grier and Lawrence Taylor??". Not even to mention the cowboy left between the 2 older African American men.

Heck, DAG could do a Rockette kick!

David Alan/Kym! There's that funky math again...... 24 loses to 20......

Their dance-off isn't working. The judges can score one pair higher and they still go home. If they want a dance-off to mean something then let the judges decide which pair goes home.

Yep, seems like the differential in the vote totals is so big that unless someone gets a huge bump in scores they aren't going to overcome it.

I wonder if the last two places were a lot closer in the past or something. I know playing with what numbers we have (dial idol which isn't that accurate) this week the last place person on that wouldn't have over taken the next to last people even with a perfect score.

Now the good news is that means if America really wants someone to go home it is hard to overcome that, but the way it is going it just makes us watch two bad dances again just to give false hope to someone that it really will matter. At least if it was judges pick one of the two it might be a bit more of a shake up.

It does seem a waste to have a 'dance-off' when so far it has made no difference whatsoever. Man, Steve-O must have a huge fan base - no way should he still be in it over either of the two who were in jeopardy last night. Goes to show it is still a popularity contest....

So far, the dance-off seems to be a waste of time, especially since it appears that the judges are doing consolation higher scores for the losers. But, I can't help but wonder if the reason is to prevent another Cheetah Girl episode like a few seasons ago—this is their chance to keep the really good dancers on board and get the really crummy dancers (like Cloris last time) off of the show. It hasn't worked out that way so far, but it does seem like a stop-gap measure just in case.

"Thanks vince ..."
