Go Robert! Robert is the only fun left on this show. He's the reason why I keep watching. I love their shock after Robert sticks around week after week.

I tend to agree. The week Robert gets tossed I'm going to quit watching. Robert makes the show funny, and bearable. I don't care who she ends up with, they'll be divorced within the year anyway.

Ok, I don't get this whole philosophy of "sticking" it to Lisa. Why would anyone willingly stick her with someone she obviously doesn't like? Sure, she's a publicity hound for going on a reality dating show but it's not like she's a hateful person. Laura, on the other hand, I'd be willing to make her tough out a year with Robert. Are people just so miserable in their own lives that they just can't bear to see someone else be happy? Misery loves company and all that.

Geez, it's not like we're sending her to her death or anything either. She gets a million dollars, why not make her work for it?

And yes, my life must be miserable for watching this tripe of a show. I'm guessing that everyone on this board is lacking something. No one could actually be hooked on this show and emotionally attached to Lisa's happiness--can they?

She wouldn't marry Robert for the money...no way. The only way she will actually go through with a wedding is if the winner is someone she feels she could stay married to.

I just found it surprising that so many people have an active dislike for someone who seems harmless. You would think she ran over a puppy on live tv or something.

No way will I vote for Robert. In fact I will vote for everyone but Robert!! He shouldn't be there anymore!

I have a feeling that the producers of the show can and have over-ridden the votes by the public. There is no way that the public would even know.

I think Scott was dismissed without getting the least amount of votes. I think Lisa went to the producers and said get rid of the guy he gives me the creeps. And the producers did. Lisa said to Robert this week that he is starting to give her the creeps like Scott did. Hmmmmmmmmm. Will he go this week even though he got more votes than others??????

The concept of the show says if she marries the one the viewers pick for her she will get a million dollars. One thing she will not take the Million to marry Robert. She may also take a guy that was eliminated earlier and marry him. The rules I believe do not state that she can't do this.

I bet either Robert or Ken go this week to make it easier on Lisa that Paul was eliminated this week.

If they did that they would be setting themselves up for a MAJOR lawsuit. If they don't play by their own rules, a contestant can always sue and say, "if they hadn't fixed the contest, I might have won."

If you believe that, you are obviously NOT watching "For Love or Money". The contestants on these shows are nothing but attention whores who want money and fame. She doesn't care that much about love or having a family. She just wants an easy ride to the $mil my finding someone easy to live with for a year. If you don't think I'm telling the truth, watch a few episodes of "For Love Or Money" or "Joe Millionaire". That will change your mind!

I have watched For Love or Money. And I agree with you on that show. All she talks about is the money.

But have you seen Lisa talk about the money once on this show. I don't believe that is the case here.

And the difference is on those other shows they still get to make the final choice. This one the viewers do.

Do you think Lisa would marry a guy who gives her the creeps? Who she really knows nothing about and who for all she knows could be a crazy pyscho rapist...who is picked by complete strangers. Remember she has to marry the guy on the show and live in the same house as the guy for a year. On shows like Bachelor or Who wants to Marry my Dad....they can have long engagements.

No way. I would bet a Million Dollars that Lisa would not marry Robert if he was picked for her. She feels way to uneasy with him.

I kindof wish they would show what votes went to who, just to put this issue to rest. Robert and Laura make the show, it's just that simple. I'll be willing to put money down that Robert gets the most most votes every week.

This isn't American Idol, where the producer has to sink money into the winner to promote them afterwards. SimCow productions doesn't care who wins, they just care about ratings from week to week. If a fix is actually in the works, it would be to keep him on, not off, the show.

I agree. It wouldn't shock me if the Producers pushed Robert through to the Final 10. They probably want Robert there as long as possible. A Robert vs. Hank showdown finale would get the most interest, at least in terms of ratings.

Plus, if Lisa says no to marriage, then they don't have to dole out the one million.

I will vote for Robert as long as he is still on the show and if he gets the boot I will vote for whomever the three girls like the least. Did you see the way Laura yelled at America for Paul getting the axe? Lisa should not get what she wants for the mere fact that she has these two b**ches as friends and would subject America to them. I betcha Robert will be there next week and another one of her favorites will be gone.

I have my own theory on what's going on with the voting.
In the NYC area Cupid was NOT on live for 2 weeks in a row due to CBS airing a Yankee game live. So, the first week, they said Cupid would be on at 1:15 AM, but they actually showed it right after the game around 10PM...so all of us missed the show completely that week(VCRs set too late). The following week it was shown at 1:15 Am...but there was a caption at the bottom of the screen that the voting was closed. So for 2 weeks in a row, the entire New York City area (which must have millions of viewers) DID NOT get a chance to vote!!!(let alone watch the show on time!) How ridiculous is that??? I really believe that would change some of the outcome. To make matters worse, this will occur again in the future because of some deal CBS has with the Yankee games. This show doesn't stand a chance!
I think New Yorkers would have voted for Paul, since that's where he's from- that alone might have helped him.

I wish some of you would quit pushing for Robert...he is truly a jerk!

I disagree with the tone of this thread. I may be sounding moralistic but this is a woman's life. Yes she may have subjected herself to it by coming on TV but was it her idea in the first place to do it? I highly doubt it. She was probably convinced by Simon, producers et. al.

Lisa has never once said anything about the money. She has DEFINATELY made her opinions known about some of these jerks. She has gamefully gone along with some pretty weird ideas. I think she has really done her part here. So isn't it time America did THEIR part too and actually got RID of the real jerks like Robert?

Let's be fair here and give her a REAL chance. It's not worth a million to be unhappy. Who wants to live in a home with someone you hate. Not me and I doubt Lisa either.

Has mentioned in one of the other threads here did you ever stop too think Robert is well a paid actor. Placed on this show too act like a creep/nut, too increase ratings. Do you actually think REALITY TV SHOWS are REAL.

Robert will be on this show maybe even too the bitter end unless Lisa threatens too quit.

Is it typical that the voting lines are ALWAYS busy. Hummmmmm - if the lines are tied up, votes cannot be registered. Does anyone smell CONSPIRACY???

I have never got a busy signal (and I have never voted for Robert). I have long thought that anyone's numbers could be bolstered by people with lots of time or auto redialers. I have also thought that the anti-Lisa, anti-show concept people seem more passionate about their opinions than perhaps the other viewers, and thus more likely to have multiple people hitting the redial again & again. This is part of the reason I think Robert will be around for a while!

(This is not a criticism of multi-voting. It's allowed, so go for it all you want. What plays out, plays out. C'est la vie.)

Interesting point Rovert.

I contend that is why Rueben beat Clay on Idol. So many people (the entire male population for example) hated Clay.

Just weighing in from the North East. I'm from PA, and as long as I don't try to dial in within the first 15 - 20 minutes, I've been able to get through every time. I haven't registered any votes for Robert, but I just may reconsider if beotchy Lisa doesn't give her vendetta a break. The guy is creepy, but just how awful can you continue to be to someone (actor playing the creepy part or not) on national tv? I'm actually starting to feel sorry for the guy. There's telling it like it is, and then there's just plain over-the-top mean beotchiness. I definitely think that Laura falls towards the over-the-top end of the scale.

I have never gotten a busy signal either Swami. I have been able to cast my votes each and every time. I do find the concept of voter rigging disappointing. I guess I want to believe that the producers of the show have more integrity than that.

I think it is mean-spirited to vote for someone so obviously NOT suited for Lisa. I can't imagine being that vindictive...but that's just me.

Regards...
