Steve Wozniak has a broken bone in his foot and Steve-O has torn back muscles. Anyone want to place a bet on who goes down next?It's getting very ugly out there.

Wozniak may be forced to do a Segway dance..... Steve-O, probably won't quit unless they carry him out kicking and screaming.......Jeez. That's the 4th and 5th injuries this season, all to stars.......

Seems like as the seasons go by the stars seem be taking the competition much more seriously by practicing a lot more than some have in the past.They may need to have an exercise physiologist type person set some guidelines to maximum practice or insist they get evaluated regularly early on by a sports medicine person to make sure they know that massive over-training isn't going to get you the win. It will just get you badly injured early on.
I know it can be hard to tell where that line is between normal amounts of hurting from just doing something new or more and the signs that you are really overdoing it. The difference between no pain and a little pain can be a lot easier to feel than the difference between a lot of pain and way too much pain.

I thought he might have had some lingering injuries which the dance training aggravated.

He'll need shoulder surgery after the show's over for him......This time, it's not Cheryl's fault! She told him to pose the arm, not yank it....... He didn't listen....
