Kelly is the project leader for Mosaic. Obviously, someone watched last season, because the men quickly agree that the advantage of the women's looks might undo them. Kelly splits the group into a Flavor Team and Sales Team. Wes heads the flavor side of things, with Raj, Kevin, and John also in the group.

Ivana heads Apex. She's trying to be very collaborative and inclusive in the decision making process.

Pamela wastes a lot of time asking about how ice cream is made.

Yeah, she was walking around like she was a visiting VIP or something.

I don't see how the women win this challenge. The men have a couple of good angles going - the charity twist and the breakfast pitch and have a good piece of real estate on which to sell. The women on the other hand have been evicted from their targetted spot, have wasted a bunch of time moving the carts around, and are now going to waste even more time getting the two carts back together.

After Wes wasn't able to hook any of the restauranteers, the men wanted a new angle for the ice cream. That's when they decided to team with the charity to lure additional customers who wanted to donate to a good cause.

The women have a nice advantage in that they didn't have to buy any additional ingredients. Besides the $100 - 200 the men spent on the donuts, they also still have to make their charity contribution, which looks like it's going to be about $150.

If it weren't for Jennifer's smooth move of getting the restauranteers to come and buy in bulk, I'd still tilt the challenge to the men. But now I'm not so sure.
