It's Ethan, as MM said above, getting booted in All Stars thanks to his good friend Lex, who had no problem booting his good friend Ethan because "it's business", but who could not understand why Boston Rob booted him two episodes later using the same rationale.

Look at pics 14 and 15... could that be what is mistaken for the immunity idol debate? Maybe both tribes have similar "decorations" at their camp.
