Here he comes...

Jiffy, with his best guano-noshing grimace and a 25lb bag of grain, struts into Camp Hungrierthanyou and states that they have won the prize for neediest tribe ever.
He then promises to leave the prize behind as soon as he collects the taxes.
And it's going to be a stiff penalty, to be sure. Or so he says.

The only precedent so far is The Outback's Barramundi tribe basically handing in their shelter in exchange for rice and fish-hooks.
Probst showed up with a can of rice. He said he was very concerned about the lack of energy around camp, especially with Elisabeth and Nick. Probst offered them enough rice to last them for the rest of their time and 25 hooks, but asked for something of substantial value in return - the tarp and Colby’s Texas flag. They agreed and tore it down and started to rebuild their camp.

So, whats the stiff penalty?
Stiffer than the Outback?
Bigger than a tarp?
Smaller than the Immunity Idol?
