If Christina is still on the web in all her glory then all that fuss and finger pointing Rhonda and Iyanla did to Miss C. at the BOR was all for drama and ratings. Christina apparently knows she signed a release and was paid for those photos and they no longer belong to her. The way I see it she was being made to believe the reality of what she signed into did not exist. They questioned and doubted her reality. Was this a test for her to stand up to the coaches? If anything it is a good lesson for some viewers who may have been thinking nude photos was easy fast money, and the other lesson about ever wanting to be a guest in the SO house of pain.

I think you mean "cease and desist" but you are right. Christina knows she has a contract. The LCs are lost in space if they think they are going to start getting HG's out of their legal obligations as a way to improve their lives.

I think this was a test to see what Christina was going to do about taking care of her past if it reared it's ugly head in her present. Just like the package and just like the faux John who met her at the restaurant.

I think she may have mentioned "Carmen". She used "Kasey" when she was a chip hustler. She used "Genesis" when she was hookin'. I thought she said she was "Carly" as a stripper but maybe she said "Carmen".

She said Carmen and her pictures are under the name Carmen on the website. I had to flush out my eyes with water because they were burning after going to those websites. I wish I never had. Eewww! Eewww! Eewww! I know I could never subject myself to being a sex object and posing for pictures like that. And if you check a post on the other forum a person on there posted they got an email from the lawyer C met with and the lawyer stated they got 70% of the pictures off the web. Check it out and believe if you'd like but I'm skeptical.

The names she was using on the show are not her aliases, she was just giving new names to each personality as part of the exercise with Dr. Stan.

I felt that way at first too but then it sort of triggered something from my past and I could understand why they are doing this. Christina needs to stand up and fight for herself. Even if the lawer doesn't change anything she'll know that she atleast tried. Legal papers, lawers, etc ..... it is all so intimidating to the average person. So many women are exploited by these web sites.

I did come across one site with pics that looked a lot like Christina but the face was blurred out. Maybe it has helped a bit. Hopefully she felt a little impowered knowing she fought back.

Ok. After reading another poster that said she had contacted the attorney that was used on the show I too contacted him. He stated that due to client/attorney confidentiality that his response would be limited. He never revealed any sites that she was on but he said some sites had releases on her and some did not. Persuant to 18 USC 2257 it is the webmaster's responsibiltiy to keep accurate records of models releases. If they do not have the release, or if the release is
legally insufficient, the pictures must be taken down.
He says to tune in around the week of Dec. 15.

So, sounds like Christine is still in the house the week of Dec 15th, tv time....taping of that would have been around aug15th.

So, if the other poster is correct in her post about Christine's called affair with camerman and she got kicked out...seems it took the show long enough to find out about it....if the affair is a true one.........or did the show know and let it go on tuil they no longee needed her sotryline?

Either way, these first six ladie's stay in the house this season is far tooo long.

Shoot, the most steps anyonw has is two...arg.........going to be a looooooooong season three.

Has she bother writing the letters of looking up the names of the photographers or allocating all of the relevant sites she posed? Doesn't seem like it - she was too busy laughing with Jessica at TJ. She should be booted immediately!

So what is the chance that the pictures are her but she's not the one that actually gets the emails, calls, etc. Just like the so-called phone sex women who are just bored housewives. Maybe it just goes to a general account and someone else responds to it and she doesn't have any connection other than the photos. I'm sure it's happened before.
