While trying to explain Phillip to somebody that doesn't watch Survivor, I came up with a simple explanation:"Phillip is the Gary Busey of Survivor"
At that point, the rest of the discussion became effortless.

I'll also say welcome abourd dose-of-reality.Dabo, I'd say Phillip is like Coach except his world travels were organized by Uncle Sam instead of Hollywood.

Welcome to the boards Dose of Reality!That's pretty funny. Though I think Phillip is more wordy that Mr. Busey . . . hmmm, how to compare him? It's like being in high school English class when your teacher is trying to teach you about concise non flowery descriptions, and run on sentences like this one here ;)Not to mention a huge dose (!) of self importance!
Not that I have an opinion one way or another ;)
