Ok, someone brought this up on another forum, so I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone had any ideas.

Last week, LaFlor won immunity, and Espada voted out Jimmy T. This week, at the immunity challenge, Jeff says, "first things first," and gets the immunity idol from NaOnka...who's on Espada. Why did she have it with her? Shouldn't it have been with LaFlor?

I noticed that too.
Figured Nay must've taken it with her! LOL

If you look at the tribe's entering the reward challenge area before the twist, you see that Na'Onka was the one that brought it in. So, since Jeff didn't ask for it, she simply left with it and brought it to Espada.
