He booted Laura (!?) - he didn't really have a good reason except that he felt the possibility of a long-term commitment more with the others.

I hope Paige wins. Or that horrible Kelly makes it to the end and crushes Rob for the money.

this is the second week in a row the show went past its alloted time of 1 hour. This has become an alarming trend in television these days. Until 2 months ago I never in my life heard of such a thing where an hour long show went over the hour time limit. Then, we had it all season with the Bachelor 3 as well as several times with American Idol.

Anybody with Tivo has missed the end of the last two episodes and since I am tivoing a different show after this one ends I'm not going to adjust my Tivo to record extra time. This fits in with my month old proclamation that under no circumstances will I ever record a show past its alloted time...I sign up for an hour and not a second longer! Screw the networks, I ain't playing their game!

I Tivo as well and refuse to record past the 1hr time limit. It's one thing to schedule a show for 40minutes or whatever but go over time with out warning? There is nothing that they do in that extra couple of minutes that I can't figure out.

I used my DISH Network receiver to tape the thing. So THIS is the reason I did not see the ending. I got up to the point before the last commercial, Rob asked Paige for an explanation. What did she say?

I agree with Shakes. SCREW THE NETWORKS !!!!!

Shakes, see "The Wire" on HBO, great show. Non-reality, but a great show and on a REAL network.

Laura was just way to pushy. She pretended to be confident, but was really insecure because she kept asking him if she was safe. I would have given her the boot too.

There's starting to be a pattern in these Bachelor-type shows. Older women, acting confident, actually extremely insecure, ending up being too aggressive and chasing off the guy. Cristina on The Bachelor (Andrew's) is an example.
