"Question on Veto"

How come they don't put up the person that used the Veto, I remeber in years past that the person that used the Veto chose not to use it based on the fact that they wanted to remain safe, or am I completely wrong?

The winner of the veto is immune from being nominated, unless they are already one of the nominees...like Marcellas...or the victim of a twist.

It was mainly to do with the fact that they didn't want to make themselves obvious. In the first time POV was made an option was in BB3. It was only used once - in the first week, Gerry used it to save Marcellas (who was going to be used in the first week) and people did not like that because they believed that Gerry could not be trusted and altered with the HOH's choices for nomination.

Even this season, the 4-Donkeys felt threatened when Jase used POV to remove Holly. Was Jase with them or was he with the girl?

Three is the perfect number.
