I'm too lazy to look it up (I'm saving myself for the challenges), but is the rotation Galu is using to sit people out somewhat based on age? RussWell, Shambo, Dave and Laura all sat out this last IC. Seems to be that might be the four oldest members of the tribe.

I think they just sat out the people who played in the RC + 1 other person

Ah, yes, the RC, good point. That's why those guys sat out the IC. Also explains why 4 strong players were out during the IC, because RussWell wanted to bring 3 strong players to the RC. Choice of Laura as the +1 was the mistake though. Galu wins the challenge with Laura in place of Monica.
