The show was on the verge of happening in Jan/Feb 2008. However, the producers were unable to get a TV deal along the line of their plans. Apparently each of the potential deals had some problem, though i don't know what. There was also a rumor that the producers didn't have the money that the networks wanted them to put up and that there were issues with the number of contestants for this 100-day-plus shoot (note that that's three times the days for Survivor). Anyway, the show fell apart after the sets had already been constructed, and then apparently some of the support people weren't paid ... so I don't blame Rob for not talking about it.It fell apart for good during last summer, and Rob and Amber have been laying low ever since then, even through Amber's pregnancy. Clearly this is something they don't want to discuss.
